不过感觉OL不比APL好中，另外PRA，PRE等虽然很难中，但影响因子还不如OL好APL，感觉有点那个。。。。。。
我觉得就光学这块投这三个期刊，我投的经验是APL最好中，PRA和OL命中率差不多。
OE更上面这3个期刊比差远了，我们这边都限制投OE（在2008年以前认为它是垃圾刊）
OE6页以内6300人民币，6-15页11000左右人民币

OnthebasisoftheanalysisofpresentMFL(magneticfluxleakage)testingsensors,theexistenceofMCE(magneticcompressioneffect)inpresentMFLtestingsensorswasspeciallypointedoutanditsrelevantMCEtheorywasalsoanalyzed,whichmanifestthemselvesinthecompressionofMFLinitsvolumecausedbythebackgroundmagneticfieldswhichhavebeenoverlooked.Afterwards,thepresenceoftheproposedMCEwasverifiedbysimulationsandexperiments,whichfurtherindicatesthatthestrongerbackgroundmagneticfieldisandthelessMFLofdefectsforms.Furthermore,theMFLmechanismforMFLtestingsensorswerefurtherdiscussedcombiningwithMCE.ThefindofMCEanditsrelevantavoidancecanincreasetheMFLinitsvolume,resultinginanewMFLtestingsensorwithagoodsensitivityandalongdistanceandnon-contactinspectionmethod.Additionally,theworkisofsignificantimportancetothetheoryofMFLtestingsensorsbyclearingandricheningtheMFLmechanism.

1.Introduction
AsoneofthemostpowerfulelectromagneticNDT(nonde-structivetesting)technology,MFL(magneticfluxleakage)testingmethodanditsrelevantsensorshavebeenwidelyusedforinspec-tionofdefectsinvarioustypesofferromagneticobjects[1–7].Todate,forMFLtestingsensorstechnique,manyattentionsarefocusedonthecomputationandanalysisofstaticdistributionofMFLusingmagneticdipolesmodel[8,9]orfiniteelementmodels[10–12],inverseproblems[13,14],theeffectrelationshipsamongdetectionsignals,geometryparametersofdefectsandscanningvelocity[15–17],signalprocessing[18,19]andconcretedesignsfortestingapparatusesanditsrelevantpracticalengineeringappli-cations[20–24].However,alltheworkonMFLtestingsensorsmentionedabovehavebeenbasedonthesimplyandsketchyexpla-nationthattheworkingprincipleoftheMFLsensorsaremainlydependentonthehighmagneticpermeabilityofferromagneticmaterialstobetested,andfewpeoplehaveadoubtaboutthegener-atingprocessofMFLandthefurthermagneticleakingmechanismofmagneticflux.Therefore,onthebasisofthecursoryarguments,thesketchyMFLmethodhasbeenapplied,leadingtoastronginputofexcitingmagneticfluxbutaweakoutputofMFLtobecaptured.Inthisway,acontactinspectionsensorswithzero-distancehasbeenwidelydevelopedandused,whichhasafewdeficienciesincludingshortservicelifeofcontactprobescausedbyheavywearandtear,thecomplextrackingmechanismforkeepingzerocontactdetec-tionandgreatnon-detectionzoneduetothetimedelaycausedby
retractableactionofprobes.Inthestudy[25],theconceptofMCE(magneticcompressioneffect)wasbrieflypresentedtojustdistin-guishtheMFLandthenewdevelopedPMP(permanentmagneticperturbation)methodbyus,anditneedsamorethoroughdemon-strationanddiscussionasasignificantfindinpresentMFLtestingsensors.
OnthebasisoftheanalysisofpresentMFLtestingsensors,theexistenceofMCEinthemisfurtherpointedoutanditsrelevantMCEtheoryisanalyzedforthefirsttime,whichmanifestsitselfinthecompressionandreductionofMFLofdefectsinitsvolumeanddensitycausedbybackgroundmagneticfields.Afterwards,thepresenceofMCEisverifiedbysimulationsandexperimentsindetail.Furthermore,theMFLmechanismisfurtherdiscussedcombiningwiththeMCE.2.PresentMFLtestingsensor
ItisknownthattheworkingprincipleofMFLsensorsismainlybasedonthehighmagneticpermeabilityofferromagneticmate-rialsandmagneticrefractionlaw.Owningtotheexistenceofmagneticrefraction,thehigh-densitymagneticfluxinferromag-neticbodywillleakoutatthepresenceofanydiscontinuitiesatfirstandthenlateronintotheairregionnearthediscontinuities.Thisistermeda“leakage”ofthemagneticfluxintothesurround-ingenvironment,fromwhichtheMFLtechniquederivesitsname.InMFLsensors,therearetwoprocesses:magneticfluxshouldbedrivenintheferromagneticobjectstobetestedfirston,andthensomeofthemleaksfromdefectsatitssaturationlevellateron.Consequently,aMFLtestingsensormainlyconsistsofamagneticexcitingapparatusandmagneticinductionunit.Inpracticalappli-cation,MFLsensorshavetwocommonlyusedstructuralstyles:
