In this paper, we explain the results from the perspective of the construction of the grammar of the sentence. In this paper, the structure of English and Chinese existential sentences is established, which indicates that there is a similar structure in English and Chinese. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the semantic restriction of the verb and noun phrase in the English and Chinese. In this paper, we review the debate of six types of verb semantic features, the mergence of the type and structure of verbs and intervention role of argument roles. It is pointed out that the five classes can be used in English and Chinese existential constructions and other die verbs due to differences in culture and in the English Existential Construction type was restricted. The existence of a structure also limits the noun phrase after the verb is a non - fixed reference element. At first, the paper analyzes and compares the relationship between English and Chinese. English existential constructions and subject predicate constructions and local constructions of non synonymous reversed pragmatic relations.
