我听力很烂 考英语4级是以441勉强过的 那次还是我阅读分数出奇的高（运气好 蒙的选项大多都对的）听力是一塌糊涂 感觉听4级听力就像在听天书 只有零碎的几个单词是听得懂的 跟本没办法把全文意思比较清楚的听出来 听完就感觉脑子里还是一片空白
从今年2月份底开始 我开始尝试着去精听voa 坚持到现在 当我现在拿起英语6级的往年真题去听的时候 感觉文章的基本意思已经能基本的听懂了 正确率看下来感觉能在听力上拿个及格分数了 虽然这对英语牛人来说是不怎么样的 但对我这个听力菜鸟来说已经是很大的鼓舞了
说说我的方法
1，一定要每天坚持听！！不用每天花很长的时间，我基本上只花半小时到一小时左右
2,要精听！把原文听写下来，然后找出自己实在听不懂的地方，记在本子上 然后把音标写上 去读！要把它读会！我在做其他事情的时候从来不塞着耳朵听英语，包括出门，睡觉的时候，所以千万不要磨耳朵听英语，这样你将一点成效都没有
3.时常回顾以前听过的文章 争取听到一个单词 这个单词就能从你的脑子里清楚的浮现出来
我说的方法的确很枯燥 但我个人觉得十分地有成效
其实还是要贵在坚持！希望我的文章能给那些还是因为听力而苦恼的同学们一些帮助！
4.找人陪练，我之前是跟留学生一块练习的，他负责教我英文，我负责教他中文。每天先用英文对话半小时，再用中文对话半小时。如果没有老外朋友，也可以到这这学习，之前发现一个练习口语和听力的网站：&&发现对于提高口语和听力还是蛮有好处的。可以结合voa坚持练习，不仅能提高听力，对于口语的提高也很有帮助！！fighting~~
