现在进行时明白吧，就是现在正在做。那将来进行时就是将来的某个时间点会正在做。如I will be sleeping two hours later.两个小时之后我就会在睡觉了。一般将来时就是指某事在将来会发生。如I will go to bed two hours later.两个小时之后我就去睡觉。
状态的区别
A:I'll go to hell.don't miss me
B:you wouldn't…
A:if only I would be staying here forever,but I won't.I'll keep you in my mind.promise me that you will be keeping happy any time.
B:…………
按我个人的愚见，可以简单这样理解： will be doing 叙述这件事时比较生动有趣，这一过程犹如活生生地出现在你眼前一样。 will do 叙述这件事时比较平铺直叙，犹如不带任何感情似的。

　　i will be doing = future continuous 　　　　i will do = future simple (indefinite)　　　　&i will do& is something that'll be done in the future, but the exact time isn't set.
so for example, &i will watch a horror movie&, it means i may do it tonight, tomorrow, next year, 30 years from now, etc...it's a future fact, i will do it sometime in the future but at present time i do not know when.　　　　&i will be doing& is something can be done in the palpable future. it's progressive, used to indicate a continuous activity, usually relative to the rest of the sentence.
for example, &i will be watching a horror movie when you come home&

　　没看到你后半段话= =。　　这个和将来时态是有区别的，而且这是个规范的语法句型。　　将来时态只是很一般的表示你将要做什么，但是没有具体的时间点。而将来进行时表示将来具体某一时刻你要做此事，而且是正在做此事，并且句子里都有一个表示时间点，条件的句子照应前后文。

　　将来进行时态，表示将来某个时间会做某个动作。　　楼主的例句有些奇怪，因为这种事态一般会有一个背景动作的，如一个具体时间的短语，或者从句。

　　一般将来时
　　1)&shall用于第一人称，常被will&所代替。
&&will&在陈述句中用于各人称，在争求意见时常用于第二人称。
&&Which&paragraph&shall&I&read&first.

2)&be&going&to&+不定式，表示将来。
&&a.&主语的意图，即将做某事。
&&&What&are&you&going&to&do&tomorrow?
&&b.&计划，安排要发生的事。
&&&The&play&is&going&to&be&produced&next&month。
&&c.&有迹象要发生的事
&&&Look&at&the&dark&clouds,&there&is&going&to&be&a&storm.
3)&&be&+不定式表将来，按计划或正式安排将发生的事。
&&&We&are&to&discuss&the&report&next&Saturday.
4)&be&about&to&+不定式，意为马上做某事。
&&He&is&about&to&leave&for&Beijing.
&&注意：be&about&to&不能与tomorrow,&next&week&等表示明确将来时的时间状语连用。
