今日凌晨，bilibilimoe2017动画角色人气大赏（以下简称b萌）规则公开！新规则——火影基本禁赛！本届b萌在上届b萌的基础上，进行了规则更新！主要更新内容如下：笔者在此直接用通俗的话来解读这条规则：③的结果是，sao（刀剑神域）可以参赛了！！！（之前在港澳地区以电影的形势上映过），各位亚丝娜的老公们，你们准备好把亚丝娜送上萌王了吗？！④的结果是，一帮ova、oad中出现的旧角色也有机会参赛了！但请注意，仅仅是有机会参赛！！具体能不能参赛还要看有没有符合“独立新出”：这就要具体分情况讨论了，笔者所知道的，小埋的粉丝可能只能空欢喜一场了，因为小埋的oad是单行本第7、10卷限定版同捆OAD，并不符合独立新出作品！所以无法参赛！⑤的结果是，鸣人，坂田银时，小智等角色告别b萌！！！说起来鸣人的在b萌的命运也真是悲惨，第一届b萌强手如云，没有办法取得太好的成绩，而第二届直接被禁赛，如今到了第三届……还是不能上场……运营你在干嘛！！！其他若干值得注意的规则一、萌王燃王禁赛这也是在意料之中了，上届也是禁赛的。值得注意的是，规则强调了“同一角色”，这是否意味着黑saber不能参赛呢？（应该是不能参赛）。二、投票资格门槛轻微提高三、日漫国漫时间段限制由于本届b萌在暑期进行，所以时间段和往年比有所变化，不再是一年，而是半年多。b萌，即bilibilimoe动画角色人气大赏，由b站主办，从2015年开始，已举办三届，以投票的形势，选出本年度人气最高的动漫角色。第一届b萌萌王saber，准萌远坂凛。燃王鲁路修，准燃杀老师。第二届b萌国漫场萌王涂山苏苏，燃王东方月初。日漫场萌王蕾姆，准萌五河琴里。燃王夜斗，准燃杀老师。
