Topic: In many parts of the world children and teenagers are committing more crimes. Why is this case happening? How should children or teenagers be punished?
In present-day society, children and teenagers are committing more crimes. What factores lead to this phenomenon and what we do to solve the problem have become a concern to many people. In my opinion, there are several causes for this problem.
The following factory need to be taken into consideration. The most important reason is that parents are negligent in teaching children. They are not teach their children what are significant things in life. It is not good enough just to blame the unruly children. After a while that children are easier to become an egocentric and never considers others. The second reason is that children and teenagers are learn to some bad behavior in our society. When teenagers have a conflict with their friends, it does not take much to stir them to violence. It make the rise in violent crime. Furthermore, in this world of social media, children and teenagers may not know good from bad. When a film is full of explicit violence and sex, they try to imitate the actor. It causes them losing themselves and committing more crime.
Regarding these reasons. As to how to address the problem, people put forward various suggestions. The most important approach is that parents should spend more time with children. For example, never bring work home and leave it at the office. In the second place, teach children what is flase or true. Second, the government should issue regulations to protect children or teenagers. It is suggested that punishment is an effective method to reduce crime, as offenders are fearful of getting caught and less likely to commit crime. Finally, the authorities should impose strict censorship on media. The practice of censorship helps maintain a stable and orderly society.
To sum up, there are many reasons which result in this unpleasant phenomenon and I believe with the joint efforts from individuals and governmen, it can be eventually resolved.

Therefore, too much violence in the virtual worldcould render young people aggressive. As a result, they, more often than not,consider violence as the main or even only way to solve problems, therebyleading to crimes. Secondly, low employment rate in many big cities around theworld could be another major reason. Most countries are experiencing economicplateau or even backwards due to global economic crisis occurring a few yearsago. Consequently, many businesses and factories have decided to cut off theirstaff or ten d to employ experienced workers over young graduates. This meanssome youngsters become jobless spontaneously once they graduate. Some of themeven turn to commit crimes to make a living or get revenge on society.Inorder to solve the problem, some main methods are advised accordingly. Thefirst solution is to apply censorship and classification in issuing programs.This means governments or non-governmental organizations should censor theviolent and prostitute contents of programs and label them such as “adult only”or “viewers excluded below 14” before programs are publicized. This would helpto keep youngsters from too much violence on programs away. Another method isto carry out free job training programs designed closely related to the demandof the job market. After training, youngsters, more of ten than not, can expectbetter chances of being employed.
