Nowadays,everyone could afford to watch a film in the cinema and they could also listen toa variety of music by using a mobile phone. These are something that scienceand new technology bring to our daily lives. The citizens have an easy andquick access to be exposed to amusements and they do not only focus on work. Theirlife habits have been changed and the quality of life has been improved byscience.Also, educationhas a positive impact on updating the quality of life. The quality of teachingplays a key role in people’s career. The high level education means thesepeople might easily get more incomes to support their lives, to enjoy theentertainment and to improve the quality of life. However ,in many parts of theworld, especially the developing countries , they could not afford the tuition.If the governments do not offer free education to locals, they might lose theopportunity to get education and they might not get a job with satisfied incomes.Without money , they could not have a variety of amusements and they still livein a poverty area. In conclusion, ifpeople want to enjoy the entertainment in order to improve the quality of life,the first step is to get a good quality of education. So in my opinion, I suggestthat the government not only to introduce new technology, but also to offerfree education to citizens.

Certainly, no matter which kind of people, they all need a advanced life rather than a barbarian tribal life.Overall, I think the government should balance the fund between new technology and education well.
