& 欢迎转载，但请尊重原创。请注明转自METech of SMTH.&&&首先，拜天朝的教育制度和独生子女政策导致的父母过度包办人生道路所致，现在很多同学们都是没搞明白自己要干什么的时候，就已经走上了IC工程师这条不归路。另外，等混了几年，好容易真正搞懂了自己想要什么时，换行业和换方向的机会成本又很高，再加上人类天生的对未知未来的恐惧和保持自己当前状态的惰性，最后就不得不卡在半吊子工程师这个终生职业上了。这就是在版面上看到这么多半拉子IC工程师哀嚎的原因之一。&&&很有意思的是这个版好像大部分人对自己的收入都不满，同时表达对隔壁IT和金融行业的严重羡慕妒忌恨。隔壁的事实真相先不管，但首先很搞笑的是，如果你过去10+年在一个行业的努力被证明你的价值酱紫的话，那么何德何能你转行去coding或者做投资就一定能实现你理想中的价值(虽然有少数的小概率事件发生，三大牛人之一我同学就从苦逼码农变成了牛逼投资人，但从表面来看，对本职工作的尽职方面，好些同学还是远远不够的。)&&&我想说的是，作为IC工程师如何提高自己的收入，
