关于汽车皮带冷车异响的正确解决办法
车子皮带异已经一年半年余,一直不知道根本原因,网推荐的喷表盘蜡、涂石蜡、涂皮带&#液等都试过,只能维持几天最多十来天。百度了相关内容,终极解决办法都更换发电机皮带(单价45――95元不等,牌子盖茨、中华、马牌等)。昨日看到本坛又坛友发帖求助发电机舱内皮带异――指的就发电机皮带。具体现象基本都车异,热车后异声减小至消失。晚躺床分析原因,车异应该还皮带打滑,打滑发热后橡胶皮带摩擦接触面发热膨胀,与传动转轮摩擦力增大,再不相对滑动,从而异消失。所以喷涂润滑类物质,只让摩擦消失,并不从根本解决皮带打滑导致的车异现象,反而伤害皮带造成老化,并因打滑而降低带动的水泵、电机、空调的运行效率。根本解决办法就紧皮带。之前的网友通过拆皮带&#后再重新安装或者更换新的皮带,其实也事实重新拉紧了电机皮带到正常的紧张度而解决题的。那直接调整皮带紧张度,不就可以解决这个题么?因为皮带的老化或者磨损变送或者装配时没调整好紧张度,从而造成这种皮带打滑异。皮带太松打滑异,太紧又增加了皮带传动阻力并造成带动的发电机、水泵空调的轴承过早磨损。调整合适的发电机皮带紧张度关键。于早起来行动。先松皮带张紧固定滑块的螺栓(14的螺帽),然后紧电机后侧的调节螺栓(也14的),根据具体情况顺时针紧,使发电机相对远离发电机,从而拉紧发电机皮带。然后再锁紧张紧固定块螺栓。皮带紧张度以大拇指食指捏紧皮带用力后勉强能够把电机皮带面一侧(最长一段)扭转90度为宜、根据经验,扭紧调整螺栓两到三圈即可,以刚刚能够使车皮带异消失为准。然后启动汽车,OK~~~~~~静皮带,异消失!!!!来单位后说与同事,其中两个同事,一个的捷达。一个现代,也车皮带异,中午饭后经此方法,完全解决~~~~~5点班再次凉车启动,三辆车都再不凉车皮带异,说明题已经根本解决!!!

好经验!我的车皮带在修理厂调整的,紧后正常。自己紧时,注意皮带的松紧度,太紧了容易出现机件磨损,发热等故障。甚至能造成皮带断裂。

顺时针拧紧螺栓,这样电机的皮带轮就后移、发电机被调整螺栓拉紧后仰,使得发电机皮带被拉紧---------发电机皮带是名称,其实不单单带动发电机,你仔细看便知。但为什么叫发动机皮带呢?我猜是因为这条皮带,是通过调整发电机来调整皮带松紧的,所以叫发电机皮带。发电机后仰,发电机皮带轮向后移位~~~~~~~~

皮带冷车异响就是皮带冷车打滑造成的,原因两个,一个是皮带没装紧松了或者使用中被拉长,再就是皮带与皮带轮接触面橡胶老化,仔细检查皮带,如果没有细微裂纹,那就不是第二种原因,那么只需要调整皮带张紧度即可。否则,属于第二种原因的,更换皮带当可解决。

刚去楼下按楼主说的紧了三圈螺丝,异响消失,开空调皮带也没唧唧声了,踩刹车倒车还有点细微的异响,谢谢!

技术贴,赞一个!我的FSV上个月换了新皮带,开始那些天正常安静,而就在前几天,冷车刚启动,听到了发动机舱发出吱吱的响声,估计也是皮带发出的,热了就不响。改天去维修中心把皮带去紧一下,再来反馈~~

我的宝骏560昨天到4S店调了一下、有明显的小声了和短时间响了、再观察几天看会不会回到原状、要是不会的话下次找个时间再去调紧点应该可以解决这个冷启动皮带异响的问题了

如果是在制动时才会响那多是刹车片太硬了,刹车碟,那要检查一下有没有异物被夹到刹车盘与片之间,弹簧片脱落等.3·如果是丝丝叫.如果碟没有问题那要考虑刹车片是不是太硬了,或者是消音片安装错误,比如活动销磨损,三者都有可能产生异响.但往往人们把问题都归咎到刹车片上.2·如果是闷响.再检查片与碟之间有没有卡进异物.如果是新片,多是刹车卡钳的问题,那要看刹车碟有没有起槽,那么问题就比较多,卡钳,在一定条件下会发出异响.综合起来说刹车是卡钳,刹车片 刹车碟三者共同完成的.如过是新片.如果响声是持续的,首先要检查有没有拖刹,卡钳复位不良会导致碟与片长时间摩擦,因为局部摩擦会导致异响首先你要区分异响的声音,是尖叫,还是闷响,或是丝丝地叫.1·如果是尖叫,首先要检查是鄙视刹车片快用完了(报警片发声),刹车片都可能有问题
