The reason（主语）is（系动词）that.（表语从句）所以这个主句的动词只有一个is。而 why i put。put是这个从句里的动词。主句里有一个动词....on the grammar 是reason的同位语从句..这个句子的主题结构是，从句里有一个动词，所以说一个句子里还是一个动词
