汪艳老师简介：
芜湖市第一中学英语教师
毕业于安徽师范大学英语语言文学专业，硕士研究生
2014年参加芜湖市英语优质课大赛获市二等奖；
2016年获芜湖市英语优质课大赛一等奖，并代表芜湖市参加安徽省英语优质课大赛，获省一等奖；
工作以来，积极参与教科研研究，参与省级课题“高中英语主题阅读与写作的行动研究”，并顺利结题；
目前正参与市级课题“信息技术下高中英语资源优化与整合”的研究；
撰写论文，多篇获奖并发表于国家级期刊上。
多次参与芜湖市高三联考命题工作，参与教辅资料的编写工作。
高中组演讲稿展示
One thing you need to know about China
China, as adeveloping country, has witnessed enormous changes in many aspects during the past decades, either in social life or in cultural communication. One noticeable trend worth talking about is, which, I believe, will become more worldwide, the immigration of working sites of the so-called white-collar workers. They begin to say farewell to business offices in city centers, but move to suburban areas or rural areas, where their factories or companies are situated now.
Needless to say, such kind of immigration leads to many benefits to the working staff and the companies as well. To those working staff, although the added longer hours spent on commute seems to be a problem, the regular shuttle bus service provided by the company makes up the inconvenience and reduces their complaints. They can even addict themselves to appreciating the scenery along the road to office rather than be surrounded by tedious civic landscape. What’s more, previously, many employees are confined to working in the narrow and crowed cement blocks. However, now they can enjoy more spacious working room in beautiful industrial parks, equipped with more personalized facilities, including enjoyable areas forrelaxation andcomfortable meeting rooms.
To the companies, this transformation also contributes to their development economically. On the one hand, being situated in suburban areas will accelerate the interflow of goods and materials, which in turn, speeds up the business and industrial operations. On the other hand, this immigration helps the companies save money for storage, as there is a shortage of adequate storage room in downtown areas. In addition, all these mentioned abovewill bring about another obvious benefit, namely, the environmental protection.This change will ease the heavy traffic problems of the city center and reduce pollution to the densely populated areas. That’s why the government encourages industriesand businesses to movefrom large cities to rural areas.
There is no doubt that it's a trend in China to relocate the companies and factories. Such trend reflects thecharacteristics of Chinese development and the change of people’s attitudes towards life. Earning money, for many employees, is no longer the only aimto work. They are pursuing, in the end, that working is for life, and for pleasure as well.
安徽赛区赛事安排
1）安徽省初赛(2017年11月、芜湖地区)；
2）安徽省复赛(月、芜湖地区)；
3）安徽省决赛预选赛（2017年12月、芜湖地区）；
4）安徽地区决赛(根据组委会时间安排)；
全国总决赛(2018年3月-4月)比赛安排将另行通知。
本届大赛分为四个组别：高中组、初中组、小学组高年级组（4-6年级）、小学组低年级组（1-3年级）。
（一）参赛范围：国家承认的具有招生资格的全日制中小学学校在校学生均可报名参加，年龄不限，非中国国籍学生或在国外生活、学习过1年以上的中国学生不具备参赛资格，参加过往届“21世纪杯”全国中小学生英语演讲比赛全国半决赛、全国总决赛的选手不可再参加同组别的比赛。
（二）比赛时间：月；
（三） 比赛地点：芜湖市
（四）比赛收费：初赛评审费100元/人，由华亿奈思教育新天地及芜湖新东方在线共同承担；
（五）参赛及选拔方式：
1. 参赛方式：
参加落地赛场的选手可通过现场报名和集体报名两种方式参赛。现场报名选手直接到各地组委会设立的报名点（华亿奈思教育新天地、芜湖新东方在线各校区、小马王国服务台、华亿客服B座5楼服务台）现场递交报名表；集体报名以选手所在学校通知为准。
2. 比赛要求：
选手以本赛区组委会通知，根据比赛演讲主题，在初赛前提前准备一篇演讲稿，高中组约400字3分钟、初中组约300字2-3分钟、小学高年级组约200字2分钟、小学低年级组约100-150字2分钟。
3. 演讲主题：
高中组：One thing you need to know about China
初中组：Imagine 2030
小学高年级组（4-6年级）:Somewhere I want to go
小学低年级组（1-3年级）:A special day at school
评判标准：演讲内容占40%，语言质量占40%，综合印象占20%。
奖励事项：地区初赛综合得分排名40%-60%的选手入围复赛。
