科技讯 9月20日消息，外汇交易平台提供商FX Alliance周一向SEC提交了IPO申请，拟上市融资1亿美元。此次发行的股票代码、股份数量和价格区间尚未确定。美银美林、高盛、花旗集团和摩根大通证券将担任此这次发行的联合主承销商。摩根斯坦利、瑞银投资银行、Raymond James & Associates 和 Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. 则担任副承销商。
FX Alliance总部位于美国纽约，成立于2001年，它向全球的投资者们提供外汇交易技术解决方案，产品包括FX spot、FX forwards、FX swaps等。FX Alliance的收入主要来自于按一定比例抽取交易费用，2011年上半年该平台上日均交易额达814亿美元。截至日的过去12个月，FX Alliance销售收入达到5700万美元。FX Alliance此前曾获得风投机构TCV（Technology Crossover Ventures）投资。（詹瞻）

分享至好友和朋友圈即期对远期的掉期交易，指买进或卖出某种即期外汇的同时，卖出或买进同种货币的远期外汇。它是掉期交易里最常见的一种形式。这种交易形式按参加者不同又可分为两种：①纯粹的掉期交易，指交易只涉及两方，即所有外汇买卖都发生于银行与另一家银行或公司客户之间。②分散的掉期交易，指交易涉及三个参加者，即银行与一方进行即期交易的同时与另一方进行远期交易。但无论怎样，银行实际上仍然同时进行即期和远期交易，符合掉期交易的特征。进行这种交易的目的就在于避免风险，并从汇率的变动中获利。例如，美国一家银行某日向客户按US$1=DMl．68的汇率，卖出336万马克，收入200万美元。为防止将来马克升值或美元贬值，该行就利用掉期交易，在卖出即期马克的同时，又买进3个月的远期马克，其汇率为US$1=DMl．78。这样，虽然卖出了即期马克，但又补进了远期马克，使该家银行的马克、美元头寸结构不变。虽然在这笔远期买卖中该行要损失若干马克的贴水，但这笔损失可 ...
