科学探究:(1)(2)化学课程中的科学探究,是学生积极主动地获取化学知识、认识和解决化学问题的重要实践活动。它涉及提出问题、猜想与假设、制订计划、进行实验、收集证据、解释与结论、反思与评价、表达与交流等要素。学生通过亲身经历和体验科学探究活动,激发对化学学习的兴趣,增进对科学的情感,理解科学的本质,学习科学探究的方法,初步形成科学探究能力。科学探究是一种重要的学习方式,也是初中化学课程的重要内容,对发展学生的科学素养具有不可替代的作用。化学学科科学探究的特点(1)新课标改革的理念是倡导探究式学习,“科学探究”是化学课程中重要的学习方式,使学生养成科学的思维方法和创新精神,培养学生的实践能力,因此,科学探究就是让学生有更多的机会去体验知识的探究过程,在探究过程中学习,在合作中学习,在学生与学生、教师与学生的交流中提升。“科学探究”是以问题为中心,南学生自己运用已有的知识选择恰当的手段,探究未知的现象、数据,并通过对获得的现象、数据的分析、归纳,得出正确的实验结论。从而使学生养成科学探究的态度,获得科学方法,提高运用科学知识解决生产、生活中实际问题的能力。(2)针对化学学科的特点,具体可从以下几个方面加强对科学探究的认识:①感受到科学探究是人们获取科学知识、认识客观世界的重要途径;②意识到提出问题和作出猜想对科学探究的重要性,知道猜想必须用事实来验证;③知道科学探究可以通过实验、观察等多种手段获取事实和证据;④认识到科学探究既需要观察和实验,又需要进行推理和判断;⑤认识到合作与交流在科学探究中的重要作用.科学探究的要素和目标:
解答实验探究题的方法技巧:&&&& 科学探究是积极主动地获取化学知识和解决化学问题的重要实践活动,根据题目情景提供的信息,要求学生初步学会运用比较、分类、归纳、概括等方法对获取的信息进行加工。要求考生会发现问题、提出问题、分析问题、并作出合理的猜想与假设,会设计实验验证自己的假设,以此考查学生的化学基础知识、综合实验能力和科学探究能力,培养学生的科学探究精神,提高科学素养。解答此类试题思维要有开放性,能探究性地提出问题.要敏锐地发现问题,提出假设和探究验证假设的方法,用观察到的现象和记录的数据进行推理和判断;要注意对试题提供的信息进行分析、数据的处理以及对探究问题的合理猜想和想象,不要生搬硬套,胡乱猜想,应在短时间内切准题目要害,找准突破口。&&&&&综合实验题答题的基本方法和原则思维过程:原理一反应物一仪器装置一现象一结论一作用一意义一联想 ①实验依据的性质和原理。 ②反应物的状态及其替代物。③装置的性能、使用方法、适用范围、注意事项、是否有替代装置。 ④操作顺序、注意事项或操作错误产生的后果。⑤现象描述要准确、全面、重点突出。 ⑥直接得出结论或导出结论。氧气参加反应的对比实验设计方法:(1)探究氧气与其他物质反应条件的对比试验①温度对比试验。用温度对比试验探究物质的着火点。如木炭和煤的着火点不同。②浓度对比试验。用浓度对比试验探究可燃物能否与氧气发生反应或反应的现象不同。(2)金属生锈条件的对比试验与氧气接触铁不会生锈,与氧气、水同时接触铁才能生锈。铜与氧气、水和二氧化碳同时接触才能生锈。金属的生锈条件探究都是通过对比试验完成的。反应生成氧气速率的对比试验设计方法:(1)催化剂对制取氧气速率影响的对比试验①有无催化剂的对比试验。如氯酸钾制氧气加入和不加入二氧化锰的对比试验。②不同催化剂对过氧化氢分解的对比实验。如可设计对比试验探究MnO2,CuO,Fe2O3等对过氧化氢的分解速率的影响。(2)浓度对制取氧气速率影响的对比实验。如取不同浓度的对氧化氢溶液,加入同质量的MnO2观察H2O2分解速率。在设计对比实验时,必须使用控制变量法。每次对比实验只能研究一个变量,其他的变量应该控制在相同的状态。如设计对比实验研究MnO2和CuO哪种物质对H2O2分解速率影响大,那么容器中的过氧化氢浓度应相同。相反研究浓度对反应速率的影响,必须使用同种,同量的催化剂,温度,压强也应该相同。控制变量法探究固体物质溶解速率:中考试题中常出现探究“影响固体物质在水中的溶解速率的因素”的相关实验问题。在口常生活和实验中定性分析较多,如果定量分析就应该用控制变量法。(1)控制溶质质量、溶剂质量、温度、溶质的颗粒大小,探究搅拌对溶解速率的影响。搅拌比不搅拌溶解得快。(2)控制溶质质量、溶剂质量、温度,探究溶质的颗粒人小对溶解速率的影响,颗粒小的溶解快。(3)控制溶质质量、溶剂质量、溶质的颗粒大小,探究温度对溶解速率的影响,对大多数物质来说,温度越高溶解的速率越快。探究过程中获取、处理信息的常见方法:(1)观察 ①观察要目的明确、重点清晰,具有典型性。如:做关于物质性质的化学实验,重点观察物质性状的改变,包括气味的改变、气体的逸出、沉淀的产生或溶解、颜色的变化。 ②观察要准确、仔细,事物变化有时微妙、偶然,在偶然、微妙中包含着飞跃,观察仔细、准确,才会有所收获。如:对于葡萄球菌培养皿中生长出的霉菌可杀死葡萄球菌这一现象,一般人难以发现,英国的弗莱明经过仔细观察发现了这一现象,于是出现了造福于人类的青霉素。 ③观察时应对某一事物发生变化前后的现象进行比较,或对相关事物发生变化的现象进行比较,看看相同之处、不同之处,以便从中发现规律。(2)比较分类比较分类也是一种常用的方法,关键是在于将学习对象或所研究问题以一定标准分门别类进行对比。找出异同点,分清研究问题和学习对象的特征及相互关系。如:区分化学变化和物理变化时,需找出区分标准——反应前后的物质是否为同种物质。(3)归纳演绎归纳是解决一般与特殊的重要方法。归纳时应注意对某些或个别的化学现象、化学问题等进行观察,总结它们的共同点。演绎是利用一般的知识、原理等对特殊的事实、现象进行分析,从而认识特殊情形的本质特征、属性。演绎时注意大小前提的正确性,如:元素周期律的发现及元素周期表的建立,既是比较归纳的结晶,也是演绎的功劳。发展科学探究能力:科学探究的活动包括观察、提问、实验、比较、推理、概括、表达及运用等活动,科学思维具有广阔性、深刻性、独立性和敏捷性。下面谈谈科学探究的几种能力。(1)观察能力观察能力是在亲身实验的条件下观察事物的能力,是有目的、有计划地感知客观事物的能力。观察能力的培养重在观察、发现问题,在科学探究中很重要的一点就是把观察到的内容通过文字描述或者绘图等多种形式表达出来。观察是科学探究的重要手段。(2)提出问题的能力学生在生活、学习活动中,对自己身边的生活现象或学习化学时遇到的一些事例,能依据所给资料提出有探究价值的问题,并能对可能的答案作出猜想或假设。(3)操作能力科学探究往往是以实验为载体进行的,而科学探究的重要环节是通过实验验证假设与猜想,从而得出正确的结论,要动手实验,首先要掌握实验操作的基本技能,然后再按一定的操作顺序进行操作。常言道“实践出真知”,就说明了动手操作的重要性。(4)分析能力分析是通过对整体中的各个部分进行单独研究从而了解整体本质的探究方法。实验过程中要对实验现象、实验数据进行分析,找出它们的规律,然后要思考这些数据说明了什么,对你的假设是否有帮助。对整体中各个部分的研究是认识整体过程的基础。 (5)比较能力比较是将两件或两件以上的事物,通过诸多方面的比较,从而得出异同的过程。比较是分类、归纳和概括的基础。比较能力的培养,对学生认识事物、掌握规律起着巨大作用。因此,在科学探究中应重视比较能力的培养。(6)归纳概括能力归纳概括是根据一部分信息来推断总体信息。要正确地做出归纳概括,从总体中选出的样本就必须具有代表性、广泛性。如:在学习酸的化学性质时,盐酸和稀硫酸都能使紫色的石蕊试液变红,即可归纳概括出大多数酸溶液都能使紫色石蕊试液变红,这就利用r归纳概括技能。 (7)推理能力当你对观察到的现象做出解释时,即在进行推理时,要注意推理不一定就是事实,即使是根据正确的观察做出的推论,也可能是错误的。要证明推论正确,唯一的方法就是再进一步观察、调查和研究。(8)评价能力做出评价就是评估某件事情的好坏、对错。如:评价一个实验方案的设计是否合理,操作是否方便,对环境是否有害等。做出评价前,需要全面地考虑到事情的正面与反面,并明确自己持有什么样的观点和评价标准。在科学探究中要学会评价。 (9)合作学习能力化学学习中的科学探究过程,往往是学生小组或团队活动的过程,在合作探究中,学生应具有团结协作、资源共享的能力。化学科学探究性试题分类: (1)发现问题类探究题从生活现象、自然现象和实验现象中选出有价值的问题。解释此类问题的关键:观察、分析、联想,提出的问题要有探究价值,要有利于设计实验方案,有利于现象的观察和描述。解答此类探究题的方法:根据题目要求,从不同的角度提出问题,并进行猜想和假设。可以从以下八个方面提出问题和进行猜想: a.从“对立面”中发现问题和猜想;b.从“逆向思维”中发现问题和猜想;c.从生活或实验中发现问题和猜想; d.从探索闪果中发现问题和猜想;e.在异常中发现问题和猜想;f.在类比中发现问题和猜想;g.在归纳判断中发现问题和猜想;h.在“理所当然”中发现问题和猜想。然后结合猜想,依据已有的知识经验(如:物质的颜色、状态、气味等宏观性质和特征)去解答问题。注意提出的假设要周密、合理,有科学依据。 (2)假设、验证类探究题对问题有可能的答案作出猜想或假设,并据已有的知识经验对猜想或假设作出初步验证计划,以便设计实验方案。解答时,一是要围绕问题从不同的角度、不同的侧面进行假设或猜想,假设越全面,结论越可靠;二是要注意假设的合理性,要符合化学规律、化学原理,不能凭空设想;三是要从本质上去分析现象,抓住本质提出假设。(3)收集证据、解释与结论类探究题此类探究题是运用调查、查阅资料等方式收集解决问题的证据,并对所收集的证据和获得的信息进行简单的加工与整理,通过分析比较、分类、归纳概括等方法,认识知识之间的联系,从而得出正确的结论并对结论作出正确的解释。收集证据,要有较强的实证意识,会观察、记录,准确精练的表述是解答此类题目的关键。 (4)结果分析、反思与评价类探究题此类探究题是对所获得的事实、证据进行总结、归纳,得出正确结论,对探究活动进行反思与评价。解答时可用比较、分类、概括、归纳等方法对证据和事实进行加工处理,利用逆向思维,对探究结果进行评价。而实验评价题是由题目提供一套或多套方案,从某一角度或几个方面评价方案的优劣。(5)综合性探究类此类探究题是对科学探究的基本过程中的几要素进行全方位的考查,体现探究的全过程,解答时要注意结合实践经验和亲身体验,探究性地提出问题,用观察到的现象和数据进行推理、判断,根据试题的目的和要求,结合题设巾的材料,进行解答,思维要有开放性。
