分析：引入他因型负向逻辑，需要找出在地里通电对农业生产的负面效应。选项A说为避免农民触电，当他们在地里作业时要断电。这个选项只是常规操作，并不涉及负面效应。B选项说的是地里通电的积极效果，逻辑方向同我们要找的答案相反。C选项扩大了逻辑范畴，说用电不一定总是有益的，但没有具体到我们地里通电对农业生产这个论点上。D选项说杂草跟作物一样也是植物，所以假如电流能杀死杂草的话一样也会杀死作物。这是最为具体最为有利的一个负向他因，是我们要找的答案。E选项讨论农业机器，跟论点无关。
