“一村一名大学生计划”试点是教育部于2004年启动的专门培养适应农村社会发展需要的高等技能人才和基层管理人才的教育项目，由中央广播电视大学（简称“中央电大”）组织实施的面向农业、面向农村、面向农民的远程高等教育，是落实《国务院关于进一步加强农村教育工作的决定》的一项重大举措。“一村一名大学生计划”的实施，对于提高农民素质、促进农村发展、推动农业现代化具有重要的意义，中央电大依托全国广播电视大学系统，通过现代远程开放教育的形式，开展高等教育专科层次教育，将高等教育延伸到县及乡镇，使农村青年可以在家乡读大学。学生毕业后由中央电大颁发国家承认的高等专科学历毕业证书。石家庄农业学校经中央广播电视大学既河北广播电视大学批准，于2006年获得了开办“一村一名大学生计划”的资格，招生专业如下：
一、招生专业
二、收费标准：学费每人3000元。报名注册费：120元。书费：600元。
三、毕业证书：学生按教学计划修完所学课程，所修课程考试合格，经鉴定符合要求即准予毕业，由中央电大颁发国家承认的高等专科学历毕业证书，享受同等待遇。教育部给予毕业证电子注册，毕业生资料可在全国大学生网上查找到。
四、报名注意事项：
报名时需提交以下材料：
1、高中或中专毕业证原件&& 2、身份证复印件2张&& 3、纸制照片2张（1寸）
4、电子照片，电子照片要求为彩色图像，背景为蓝色，被拍摄人着白色或浅色第衣服，
宽*高为：150*210，小于40K，存储形式为JPG。发到
五、报名时间：报名截止日期为每年2月、8月中旬
六、报名地点：石家庄农业学校
石家庄市柳源路18号。乘车路线，南焦车站乘77路，火车站乘131路、132路大正驾校下车往东600米即到。
