三、因违规行为或资质造假被清退的不返还年费;
四、企业名称中的商号出现以淘宝已有或是知名品牌类似的情形的，限制入驻;
五、专营店不允许跨类目经营;
六、严重违规、资质造假被天猫清退的，永久限制入驻;
七、商家一自然年内主动退出2次，6个月内限制入驻
收费标准：
一、保证金：
1、品牌旗舰店、专卖店：带有TM商标的10万元，全部为R商标的5万元；
2、专营店：带有TM商标的15万元，全部为R商标的10万元；
3、特殊类目说明：
（1）卖场型旗舰店，保证金为15万元；
（2）经营未在中国大陆申请注册商标的进口商品的专营店，保证金为15万元；
（3）“书籍/杂志/报纸”、“音乐/影视/明星/音像”及“演出/吃喝玩乐折扣券”类目不涉及品牌属性且无专卖店类型，故保证金收取方式：旗舰店 5万元，专营店 10万元；
（4）“网游及QQ”、“话费通信“及“旅游”大类的保证金为1万元；
二、技术服务年费（下称“年费”）：6万元和3万元两档
1、返还政策：商家达到对应交易额度、且协议终止（包括到期终止和未到期终止）时近6个月（不足6个月的以实际经营期间为准）内DSR平均不低于4.6分；
2、年费结算：
（1）提前退出的，因违规行为根据规则规定被清退的不返还年费；
（2）根据协议通知对方终止协议、试运营清退、按照实际经营期间，将全年年费返还政策均摊至自然月，来测算具体应当返还的年费；
（3）入驻头一个月的免当月年费，但是作为年底计算返固定年费的交易额基数则从开店第一天开始累计；
3、跨类目入驻，就高原则，年费按最高金额的类目缴纳；但实际结算按入驻到结算日期，成交额占比最大类目对应的标准返还。
