⑵当我还在北方的一个小村子里，跟着年迈的父母，像蚕儿结茧一样，完成将被土地封闭的童年时，一种内心的躁动，使我对来自土地的每一种声音，都十分敏感，都想通过声音的翅膀，飞抵一片比麦田，更令人动情的地方。

My wife Julie and I were out on the road that runs around where
we live. Two dog walkers passed by and we heard one of them say,
&Never seen that dog around here before.&
