第一步：审题： 审题是否清楚是一篇书面表达成功与否的关键所在，在整个写作过程中起着决定性作用。审好题会让我们做到“磨刀不误砍柴工”，审题时要做到以下几点： （1）审要求：书面表达试题一般都由“情景”和“要求”两部分构成。“情景”中包括所写材料的目的、对象、时间、地点、内容等，一般在书面表达题的前半部分；而“要求”一般在书面表达的后半部分，以“注意”形式给出，实际上是对考生提出的要求。因而考生对于题目所提供的说明，应认真分析、反复推敲，搞清提出的内容要求，抓住所要表达的信息点。 （2）审文体：高考书面表达的体裁一般有三大类：记叙文、说明文和应用文，具体形式有便条，日记，通知，书信，人物、事情、情景故事的描写，看图说话，缩写，扩写，改写等。审题时要审清文体，注意格式上的不同，避免出错。 （3）审人称：审查书面表达题干中隐含的读者对象和撰写人，即搞清楚此篇文章是“由谁写给谁”的。写稿人是谁一般都已明确指出，给出形式假设环境中的“某人”，如“假设你是李华”，写作时即用第一人称“我”，即李华。而读者对象有时没有明示，要考生自己去进行判断。 （4）审时态：根据情景判断短文需要的主体时态，即搞清楚要写的是什么时候的事，过去的就用过去时。比如日记，是叙述过去发生的事情，自然用过去时；通知多用将来时。 第二步：抓中心，列要点，列出写作提纲： 写作文时，一定要切题，抓住中心，紧扣要点。不要任意发挥，画蛇添足，也不要丢三落四，要点不全。通过对众多提示或图画、图表的观察和分析，获取与写作内容有关的主要信息，并按一定的逻辑顺序排列起来，找出最密切相关的要点，列出写作提纲。 第三步：选词组句：在体裁明确、中心突出、要点清晰的前提下，应该选择自己最熟悉、最有把握的词语、句型，将要点逐条表达出来。表达时应该综合运用所掌握的知识，避开生僻的词汇，并克服母语的干扰，按照英语的习惯方式，用地道的英语表达出来，力求做到语言准确无误。 第四步：连句成篇：根据要点选词组句，然后按照篇章结构连句成篇。在这一过程中要注意选择恰当的表示并列、递进、因果或转折意义的过渡词，把所有要点、句子连接起来，使句与句意思连贯，结构衔接，力求准确生动、条理清楚。 第五步：复查纠错： 通读全文，检查内容是否符合要求，要点是否齐全，格式是否正确，词数是否合乎要求。最主要的是要检查句子是否符合英语习惯，句型是否正确，语法是否正确（包括句子结构、时态、语态、主谓一致等），检查单词是否误写、少写，习语搭配是否得当等，以及字母大小写、标点符号是否正确等，这就要求考生在定稿认真检查，仔细核对，及时发现并改正问题，保证要点齐全，句子完整通顺，力争减少失误。 第六步：书写规范，卷面整洁：书面表达不仅反映在表达内容上，也反映在书面形式上。一定要注意单词拼写正确，书写规范，字迹工整，卷面力求整洁，正确使用标点符号，使别人看起来耳目一新，具有整体美感，从而提高自己的得分档次。

在中，引导自改作文是一个很重要的环节，一定要改变&老师改，学生看&的传统观念，要教给学生修改作文的，使学生在修改作文的训练过程中，逐步养成修改作文的习惯，形成能力，提高作文素质。
一、激发动机，晓之以理
1、借故事说理。古今中外许多著名作家都有修改文章的逸文趣事。如，我国古代文人贾岛&推敲&的典故，著名语言学家朱德熙先生一丝不苟评改作文的故事，叶圣陶先生对文章精雕细琢的故事，托尔斯泰改稿的故事等等。老师可以根据生爱听故事的心理特点，结合班队会，讲给学生听。这样，就把修改作文的重要性和必要性的道理融于这些故事之中了。
2、学知理。名人（主要指名作家与名家）关于修改文章的论述不少，其中不乏精辟的见解，我们不妨发动学生搜集那些浅显易懂的修改作文的名言警句。比如：&写完后至少看两遍，竭力把可有可无的字、词、段删去，毫不可惜。&（鲁迅）&写得好的本领，就是删掉写得不好的地方的本领。&（契诃夫）&必须永远抛弃那种认为写作可以不必修改的想法，改三遍、四遍，这还不够。&（托尔斯泰）让学生搜集并学习名人的话，是借名人的嘴来说理，这同样可以诱导学生参与修改作文的活动。
3、展手稿明理。一是把杂志和文学作品中修改的部分章节的手稿影印件复印下来，让学生参观，使其感受作家如何修改文章；二是展示笔者多年来所写的100多万字的修改手稿，让学生感受到，老师写文章还要如此精心修改，小学生就更要认真修改了。一个学生看了这些草稿后，在中写道：&以前，我总认为写完作文交给老师改就完事了，从没有想到要自己改作文，看了过去大哥哥大姐姐改作文的原稿，很有感触，我想：正如老师所说的，只有在游泳中，才能学会游泳。更没想到，老师写完文章居然也要在原稿上反复修改！看来，改文章，的确是我们自己的事。&
二、营造气氛，激之以趣 　　1、写评语激趣。根据小学生好表扬的特点，我采取写评语鼓励的方法激发学生改文的主动性，培养学生改文的兴趣。在学生的作文本上，我不仅评点立意、选材、构思，还抓住学生修改中的闪光点，写些鼓励性的评语：&这句话改得真妙，说明你是个爱动脑筋的好学生。&&这个结尾改后比原来好多了，说明你听讲评时很专心。&这些鼓励修改的评语费时少，效果好。学生从这些评语中品读出老师对他们的爱。一个学生曾在日记中写道：&读到您赞扬我作文修改得好的批语，心里比吃了蜜还甜。以后，我会更认真修改自己的作文，请放心吧！&实践证明，老师常把情感倾注在笔尖，化作热情的批语，写在学生作文本上，往往会激发学生改文的积极性，会产生良性的连锁效应。
2、用比较引趣。先在小范围内启发几个学生修改作文，然后张贴出抄正稿和修改的原稿，再请学生参观议论。学生一对照比较，看出修改后的作文有了明显的进步。结果，先走一步的学生尝到了成功的乐趣，还引得其他学生跃跃欲试。　　3、借榜样激趣。一是把以往若干个校友修改的原稿装订成册，二是把以往一个学生同一篇作文的所有修改稿装订成册，让学生传阅，并组织学生谈感想。这种榜样，学生可感、可信、可比、可学。
三、铺路架桥，授之以法
1、下水示范。俗话说得好，喊破嗓子，不如做出样子。在引导学生学习修改作文的初始阶段，老师要下水示范，带学生走一程。具体做法：一是把某个学生的某篇习作片段抄在黑板上，用彩笔修改给学生看，并且简单地说明修改的理由和方法；二是每次习作，有目的地选若干个学生习作中的典型片段，进行评改。这样，学生从老师下水修改演示中，可以具体而直观地感知改文的一般方法和道理，了解修改作文的过程，使学生自己动手修改时，可以仿效。
2、讲评试改。即老师把某次习作的主要问题梳成辫子，进行讲评。这种讲评有时着重评遣词造句及文采，抓语言关；有时评选材、立意，抓审题内容关；有时评构思，抓篇章结构关。通过讲评，指导学生了解这次习作主要改什么，怎么改。这样学生具体地与自己的习作进行比照，悟出我该怎样改的道理。这种评讲，给学生指明了修改的方向，减缓了学生修改习作的坡度，为学生修改作文铺好路，架好桥。
3、集体评改。一是选一篇中等水平的习作打印发给人手一份，老师提出适当的修改要求，然后人人动手修改。老师再对修改的情况进行评讲，对改得好的，及时给予肯定和鼓励，并随机指导如何修改。这种方法可以培养学生独立思考能力和求异思维能力。二是利用电教手段，把有代表性的习作打在屏幕上，请全班学生根据本次习作要求，各抒己见，进行口头修改。在这样的课堂上，创设一种宽松、民主的学习环境，引导学生积极主动地参与评改活动，与学生一起发现，一起探索，一起感受。
4、先读后改。方法有四：一是默读改篇章，即先从整体入手，看看选材是否符合题意，中心是否集中，段落是否清楚，内容是否具体，结构是否完整，然后根据问题，进行充实、调整、删减、修改。二是朗读改语病，如有拗口和连接不畅的地方，必定有毛病，要及时查出原因，动笔修改。三是指读改错漏，即指着文章一句句地读，可以发现错别字、添漏字、意思重复等明显的错误，甚至误用漏用的等等，并及时加以修改。四是品读求提高，对水平相对高的同学可以提出更进一步要求，即对自己的习作在选材准确、内容具体、语句通畅的基础上，通过自我品读，在遣词造句方面再下一番&锤炼&的功夫。
四、强化训练，持之以恒
1、结对互改。俗话说，旁观者清，修改习作亦然。除了可以采取发到谁的就改谁的习作方法外，还可让学生结对互改互批。老师把修改权还给了学生，学生很有新鲜感，他们怀着好奇心，以主人翁的态度当&小老师&，因此，审视同班同龄人的作文来，格外认真投入。这样，既训练了批改作文的能力，又体验了批改作文的艰辛，还培养了认真负责的精神。
2、即写即改。这是要求学生作文时，先一气呵成，写后就改，还要适当写眉批，即要学生在批改栏内写出修改的理由，引导学生深思，知其所以然。通过前几个步骤的改文训练，这时放手让学生修改习作，学生较容易发现习作的毛病，改起来尤其用心。
3、一文多改。任何能力的形成，决不是一朝一夕能奏效的。&文章不厌百回改&，我要求学生一文要多次修改，反复进行&深加工&。学生随着知识的拓宽，认识的提高，对自己的习作也会产生不满足感，会不断给自己的习作修改、雕琢、润色。
4．旧作新改。就是学生升上六年级后，以现在的认识水平去修改各自在三、　　　四、五年级写的作文。学生在看自己旧作时，惊喜地发现自己的作文素质提高了。这时，学生已有了一定的积累和修改能力，所以改起旧作来得心应手。

　Traditional Teaching Method&& Do your teachers still use traditional techniques to teach you nowadays? A revol- ution in teaching techniques is required now. In the past, we just took it for granted that a teacher' s aim was to teach the students all that he knew and solve all the problems for them. Therefore, students could mot judge things on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve practical problems.&& So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher' s goal is to help the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It' s not necessary for the students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. 9.我的暑假(my summer holidays) &&&& I like the summer holidy so much. I look forward to summer holiday every year. Last summer, I went to Shen zhen for my holiday, which is also a city of seashore like Haikou. I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the afternoon. The sky is blue, the air is fersh. Wherever you go, You can always see the green trees, the neat grasses and the colourful flowers. They were really wonderful. Shen Zhen has a lot of tall buildings. Sitting in his study, holding one of his favorite books, Dad sets a small plate of peanuts on the table and sips a small glass of wine. Look at him just smacking his lips, so lighthearted! I'm was once curious about this wine, so I went to the bottle and took a whiff. Ugh! It was disgusting! How can my dad stomach this stuff? When he drinks alcohol with his clients, he gets completely lost: his face grows so red his hair looks purple, his walking becomes a stumbling pace, his voice turns both loud and rough, puffs of alcohol laden breath come out of his face. I have always urged Dad to stop drinking. He only chuckles and tells me "A man deserves a manly hobby!" When I grow up, I definitely want no part of this so called hobby. Sprling Festval is the most important holiday in China.It islike Christmas holiday.During the Spring Festival,we can eata lot of nice food,and the food is different from some different places.Like our Guangdong,we eat carbonado and chicken,adults will drink rack.And,we also like to set off firecrackers,but it&s very dangerous for the children,and it&s not allowed in some big cities.
