杂志简介/稿件收录要求Scientia Horticulturae is an international journal publishing research related to horticultural crops. Articles in the journal deal with open or protected production of vegetables, fruits, edible fungi and ornamentals under temperate, subtropical and tropical conditions. Papers in related areas (biochemistry, micropropagation, soil science, plant breeding, plant physiology, phytopathology, etc.) are considered, if they contain information of direct significance to horticulture. Papers on the technical aspects of horticulture (engineering, crop processing, storage, transport etc.) are accepted for publication only if they relate directly to the living product. In the case of plantation crops, those yielding a product that may be used fresh (e.g. tropical vegetables, citrus, bananas, and other fruits) will be considered, while those requiring processing (e.g. rubber, tobacco, tea, and quinine) will not.

浅谈一些植物科学类SCI杂志2014年影响因子，欢迎评论（SCI影响因子评论活动）
仔细分析了一下今年植物科学方面的杂志，总体上感觉回归理性，大多杂志的IF比先前有了明显的下降，这可能是杂志之间的良性竞争的结果。但也据很多虫友反应，现在投稿的时候，很多杂志编辑不要求引用本杂志的文章，尽量避免自引，这可能也是其中的原因之一。植物方面变化较大的杂志有：
1. Plant Mol Biol Rep。这个杂志是去年和今年上半年最有争议的一个杂志，2013年的IF高达5分多，其中一个重要的原因是70%以上的自引，这个现象多次被虫友讨论。很多虫友认为几年要被提出SCI。由于更换了主编，自引现象得到了一定程度控制，2014年新的IF回归到2.374，基本上是正常水平。这个杂志文章质量比3年前确实有很大的提高。本人去年发表过一篇文章，由于文章量没有增加，所以感觉投稿相对困难，周期较长；
2. PLANT CELL TISS ORG.这个杂志2013年IF为3.6，也跻一度身于2区杂志，但也存在严重自引的问题，且国内灌水现象严重，这次IF降低至2.6，个人觉得应该是1.6还与其文章档次相配；
3. MOL BREEDING。这个杂志是育种方面的经典杂志，QTL、标记辅助育种\遗传图谱构建等文章比较多，有些文章的质量不亚于TAG，去年的IF超过3，今年却只有2.2，这个分数感觉真对不住人啊；
4. Mol Biol Rep。这个杂志可以说是被国内作者灌水较严重的杂志之一，国内作者发表的文章超过一半，近几年其出版量不断扩充，影响因子一度接近3分（好像是2012年），去年和今年继续下降，分别是2.5和1.9，看来文章数量一味增加并不能提高其影响力。这个杂志投稿简单，植物、动物、微生物、生态、分子生物学等方面的文章都有，稿件量特大，而且审稿周期短。据已经发表过数篇文章的同事说，这个基本上都是自己推荐的审稿人审稿（或其中之一），所以发表速度很快。个人感觉，对于IF要求不苛刻的作者，这是一本好杂志啊；
5. J INTEGR PLANT BIOL。原来的国内植物学报，自从被SCI收录后，发表文章很困难，文章载稿量一直没有扩充，且审稿严格，2013年IF3.7，2014年IF3.4，估计以后应该会保持在这个水平；
6. Plant Sci。这个杂志发表率低一直是有名的，主编对文章的STYLE和语言也要求十分严格，很多稿件直接被退回来。前几年IF一直徘徊在2.5，今年终于超越了4分，真是不负众望；
其他的一些杂志，如TAG，PLOS ONE，MGG、PLANTA、MOL PLANT、BMC系列等经典杂志IF略有下降，但变化不大。值得注意的是，很多小杂志，如Plant Biosystems（2013IF=1.9）、The Journal of Food, Agriculture and Environment (JFAE)（原来交钱就发表，载稿量特大，13年不到半分）、LIFE SCI J（郑州大学办的圈钱杂志，13年0.16）等都已经被提出SCI，希望虫友注意啊。

Plants Adapt To Water Availability!!!），够犀利的。不知国内如果有人对发表在中国科学上的论文做如此评论会有什么后果。
事实上，13年的这篇Nature论文结论比较有意思，部分数据很漂亮，也比较有说服力，对我目前的工作也很有启发，但对数据分析可能存在重大问题。在去年我向通讯作者去信讨论数据分析部分，一直到现在都还没有得到他们的答复，不知是什么情况。下面，就让我们领教一下这篇神评论：
Shock News!! Plants Adapt To Water Availability!!!
作者以澳大利亚为例进行反驳（澳大利亚没有出现论文作者声称的持续干旱等现象），认为论文作者故意夸大和扭曲事实，一点都不客气的。
No kidding.
The USDA did a study which concluded plants can adapt to extreme shifts in water availability.
I’m pretty sure this has been done before, but mostly people can know this by observation.
It’s not all that tricky.
From the study’s abstract…..
Ecosystem resilience despite large-scale altered hydroclimatic conditions
We find a common ecosystem water-use efficiency (WUEe: above-ground net primary production/evapotranspiration) across biomes ranging from grassland to forest that indicates an intrinsic system sensitivity to water availability across rainfall regimes, regardless of hydroclimatic conditions. We found higher WUEe in drier years that increased significantly with drought to a maximum WUEe and a minimum native state in wetter years that was common across hydroclimatic periods. This indicates biome-scale resilience to the interannual variability associated with the early twenty-first century drought—that is, the capacity to tolerate low, annual precipitation and to respond to subsequent periods of favourable water balance.
Of course, that doesn’t stop Science Daily from including a proclamation of doom, anyway.
The scientists also used the data to develop predictions about future plant response to climate changes. Their results suggest that ecosystemresilience will decline as regions are subjected to continuing warming and drying trends. They project that this downturn will begin in grassland biomes because these plant communities are particularly sensitive to the hot and dry conditions of prolonged warm droughts.
Both the article and paper suggest that a drier climate is inevitable.
The study included 29 sites in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Australia. I’m not sure how Australia looks, (see below) but in the US there is no discernable trend in wet vs dry.
If anything, it’s been a bit wetter over last 40 years or so.
Well, okay curiosity got the better of me.

Notice the explicit relationship with ENSO, a naturally occurring phenomena.
Yeh, we are all really doomed to eternal droughts.

七黛虫 SCIE和SCI有什么区别？我们毕业要求是sci 不要求分值SCIE一样也是wos检索的，一样的。是原来的SCI目录的扩展版。现在国内论文的是否sci论文，是以wos检索为准的。springer plus 接收量挺大的，类似plos one。类似的还有peerj。Plos one&peerj&springerplus（分别是3分档2分档和1分档），这三个杂志风格接近。速度还可以，尤其是后边两个。plos one现在稿件太多、编辑很多风格不一，近几个月收稿严格了，所以整体时间延长，主要是什么格式要求、原始数据要求和伦理要求等等繁琐。peerj和springerplus刚刚收录sci不久，接到稿件数量不如plos one。如果文章档次不高，就选择peerj和springerplus，三个月之内一般都会有结果，而且接收以后online非常快。不存在什么proof等版面半年、大半年的情况。楼主如果已经被两分的拒了，那么久考虑peerj和springerplus，可以满足你审稿快、出版快的要求。觉得有用的同学，欢迎投票支持，打赏不限。

七黛虫 SCIE和SCI有什么区别？我们毕业要求是sci 不要求分值SCIE一样也是wos检索的，一样的。是原来的SCI目录的扩展版。现在国内论文的是否sci论文，是以wos检索为准的。springer plus 接收量挺大的，类似plos one。类似的还有peerj。Plos one&peerj&springerplus（分别是3分档2分档和1分档），这三个杂志风格接近。速度还可以，尤其是后边两个。plos one现在稿件太多、编辑很多风格不一，近几个月收稿严格了，所以整体时间延长，主要是什么格式要求、原始数据要求和伦理要求等等繁琐。peerj和springerplus刚刚收录sci不久，接到稿件数量不如plos one。如果文章档次不高，就选择peerj和springerplus，三个月之内一般都会有结果，而且接收以后online非常快。不存在什么proof等版面半年、大半年的情况。楼主如果已经被两分的拒了，那么久考虑peerj和springerplus，可以满足你审稿快、出版快的要求。觉得有用的同学，欢迎投票支持，打赏不限。

七黛虫 SCIE和SCI有什么区别？我们毕业要求是sci 不要求分值SCI是以前老的光盘版，自从网络检索流行起来以后，以SCI的扩展版SCIE为主了。SCI和SCIE收录的论文都在Web of Science 数据库的核心集之内，都能检索到的。

七黛虫 谢谢祝福！刚查了下，4分多，是不是对逻辑、图片等等要求很严？要求必须有机理？ 去年出的因子是5.723， 这个杂志改成open access 之后发表的稿件量大增，只要文章具备一定的科学意义，不一定有很强的新颖性，甚至只有阴性结果的研究都在考虑范围之内的。因为发文量大增，因子今年出的估计会降到1分左右的。

我已经2个晚上睡不着觉了。。紧张得胸闷气短症状都出来了，真是愁死了一边根据拒搞意见改写文章 一边补充细胞试验和我做一样东西的人身边基本没有 全靠自己扑腾老板也不懂基础试验。。。给不了什么指导。。。经费也有限，细胞试剂东蹭西蹭凑的。。郁闷啊。。。一个适合临床工作的人被撵去做毫不熟悉的基础实验领域，好不容易做了点东西还是太low了。我承认我在科研这块学得慢是一方面，主要是硕士时候光玩了，一点根基都没有这样被赶鸭子上架真是悲催啊！！！
