现在的农村早已不是像过去那样靠种粮食了，我国一直在提倡新农村建设，大力提高农民的生活水平，有一部分政策也在向农村倾斜，因此在农村创业也变得更加容易了，也许会有人说，农村能创什么业，今天本文要给大家介绍的项目还是离不开土地，农民一辈子都对土地有感情，但是在土地上我们依然可以“种”出百万富翁。
国家对农业扶持力度进一步加大，农业已成为利润最高的行业之一，各省市对养殖、种植业有很多资金扶持，特别是特种养殖以其投资少、周期短、市场大、效益高更是成为众多投资者和农民朋友的首选项目。
现在很多农村人都外出打工，其实我们都知道，打工并不见得挣钱，而且给别人打工没有自由，处处都受约束，建议可以在农村种植养殖，现在的利润还是不错的。农村种植养殖业致富项目到底有哪些呢？
种植好项目：地瓜
地瓜，又名红薯、红苕、甘薯、山芋，学名番薯，原产地是墨西哥，中国南北均有地瓜产地，如北京、山西、山东、河南、天津、河北、东三省、内蒙古、云南、四川、湖北、湖北等。分布范围之广，让其成为中国十大粮食之一。
优势：地瓜块根富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质，含糖1.5%-5%。
地瓜块根具有活性成分，有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥、美容等功效，有“长寿食品”美誉。另外，块根常除供食用外，还可以制糖和酿酒、制酒精，也可制取淀粉、提取果胶等，制取的淀粉可以制作粉条和粉皮，可以制作美味的菜肴。
种植好项目：青梅
青梅，即青梅果，是现代酸果产业仅次于杨梅的酸性原料。我国是青梅的起源地，至少已有3000年栽培历史。中国青梅产地首推莼湖镇，面积达到8000亩。国外也有少量青梅产地，如泰国、台湾、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、菲律宾，但规模较小。
优势：青梅所含的有机酸主要是柠檬酸、苹果酸、单宁酸、苦叶酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸等，具有生津解渴、刺激食欲、消除疲劳等功效，尤其是柠檬酸含量在各种水果中含量最多，柠檬酸是人体细胞物质代谢不可缺少的重要酸类，它能促进乳酸分解为二氧化碳和水排出体外，恢复疲劳，且有益于钙的吸收。青梅营养丰富，低糖高酸，其T值(糖酸比)仅为0.2，是梨的1/70，杏的1/8，比柠檬的T值还低。其次，它具有合理的钙磷比，其Ca/P≈1：1，是开发儿童和老年保健食品的最佳食物。
种植好项目：山竹
山竹,又名莽吉柿，分为油竹果、花竹果和沙竹，可生食或制果脯，原产地在印度尼西亚东北部岛屿的一组群岛马鲁古。中国山竹产地集中在福建、广东、台湾，云南也有试种，亚洲和非洲热带地区也有广泛栽培。
优势：山竹它含有丰富的蛋白质和脂类，对机体有很好的补养作用，对体弱、营养不良、病后都有很好的调养作用。其果壳含有丰富的红色素，可作为天然食用色素的提取原料。
养殖好项目：多宝鱼
多宝鱼广泛分布于暖热海域中，主要以底栖无脊椎动物和鱼类为食。栖息在浅海的沙质海底，捕食小鱼虾。它们扁平的身体特别适于在海床上的底栖生活。
优势：原产于欧洲大西洋海域，是世界公认的优质比目鱼之一。若进行人工养殖，其生长期明显缩短，在适宜的条件下，当年可达500～600g 左右。多宝鱼雄性一年达到性成熟，雌鱼两年达到性成熟，自然成熟期在每年5～8月份。人工培养的亲鱼，在控温控光的条件下，全年都可获得成熟的卵子，进行人工繁殖采用人工授精方法。
多宝鱼胶质蛋白含量高，味道鲜美，营养丰富，具有很好的滋润皮肤和美容的作用，且能补肾健脑，助阳提神；经常食用，可以滋补健身，提高人的抗病能力。中国的食用方法为清蒸、清炖，也是做生鱼片的好材料，其鱼头、骨、皮、鳍也可以做汤。
养殖好项目：养肉牛
肉牛即肉用牛，是一类以生产牛肉为主的牛。肉牛的特点是：体躯丰满、增重快、饲料利用率高、产肉性能好，肉质口感好。肉牛不仅为人们提供肉用品，还为人们提供其他副食品。
中国已进入全面建设小康社会，牛肉是小康指标的组成部分，人们越加注重善食质量和结构的改善，对牛肉特别是优质牛肉需求将与日俱增。
优势：肉牛早熟、抗病力强、繁殖力高、周转快，一般当年产的犊牛当年就可屠宰受益。牛凭借强大的采草能力和发达的瘤胃，能大量利用牧草和秸杆等粗饲料，饲养成本较低。如对8-12月龄的牛进行快速肥育，3个月每头牛就可赢利200-300元。行家预测，今后几年内牛养殖业将是一项全国性的深度开发、规模养殖、综合加工、出口创汇的黄金产业。
养殖好项目：水蛭
每亩投种蛭2000条，不用专门投喂饲料，仅靠水中自然生长的食物当年可获干品200公斤，价值在2万元以上，第二年以后每年可得干品400公斤以上。即使市场出现波动，两年后每亩收入也不低于2万元，综合效益是同面积养鱼的7~10倍。
优势：水蛭俗名蚂蟥，是一种名贵的中药材，其药用价值已被国内外的医学专家所重视，对治疗心血管、脑血栓、心绞痛、无名肿痛、肿瘤、颈淋巴结核等疾病都有较好的疗效。水蛭生长在河湾、池溏、水田和湖泊中，生命力极强，繁殖快，1次产卵上千粒。水蛭食性广泛，饲料以水中微生物和浮藻为主，辅以畜禽血块、草粉、蚯蚓、田螺、蝇蛆等即可。水蛭生长快、无病害，9个月即可成熟上市。每平方米池可养0.5-1万条，成熟后中产鲜水蛭50-100公斤，鲜活水蛭市场售价为每公斤10-50元，干品为20-100元。各地可依据自身条件，以市场为导向开发养殖。
