老师您好，慕名前来我的第一篇SCI最近返修了，是大修，两位审稿人意见不一，第二位基本没有问题，第一位认为文章不错，但与该杂志内容范围不太符，觉得需要补充我这个量表与其它量表相比优势的相关数据与内容，而编辑好像也站在他这边。但我这篇文章的立意就是检测这个量表在中国人群的适用度，其它相似文章也是这么写的，而与其它量表对比又是另一类型的文章了。现在在这想请问一下，我是否可以按照第一位审稿人说的补充部分数据（最多一个表格，因数据不足，只能简略对比一下我的量表和其它量表的信度，而效度、反应度等其它很多指标没办法做出来），在文中的introduction和discussion部分我再另辟两个小段叙述下这个量表的优点，如此修改不知是否符合返修意见以及能否让编辑满意？还是需要对整个文章的结构及讨论的重心进行彻底修改？（我现在内容重心主要在该量表在中国人群的各种指标检测，而其与其它量表的孰优孰劣基本未涉及，只是在introduction中简略叙述了其优点）。希望老师能给一些意见，非常感谢！下面是相关审稿意见：Comments from Editors:In general this study could be important for Chinese people. However we believe that most of Modern Reumatology readers Do not appreciate the value of this study at present form. So we believe that the author should state clearly the difference from the established QOL questionnaire for hip and knee. Reviewers' comments:Reviewer #1: Over all, it is well written.
The point is whether if the current manuscript meets the scope of Modern Rheumatology. This is a definitely valuable study for Chinese health professionals and patients. Please consider some additional analysis to provide information which is applicable for general readers.
For example, show the superiority of OAKHQOL to other scales for some purpose.
Reviewer #2: Reviewer's reportWang et al. have developed a valid simplified Chinese version of the Osteoarthritis of Knee and Hip Quality of Life questionnaire. This is an interesting manuscript.
