Mr. Xie Yonglin, Chairman. Mr. Xie was born in 1968. He is a Doctor of Management and a Master of Science from Nanjing University.
Mr. Xie joined Ping An in October 1994, and served successively as the Business Controller of International Business Department of Jiangsu Office, Deputy Manager of Dachang Sub-branch of Ping An P&C, Nanjing Branch (in charge), Deputy Manager of Ping An Life, Wuxi Branch (in charge), Deputy Manager and Manager of Group Insurance Department of Ping An Life, Nanjing Branch, Deputy General Manager of Ping An Life, Hangzhou Branch (in charge), Deputy Director of the Development and Reform Centre of Ping An Group, General Manager of the Marketing Department of Ping An Life and General Manager of Ping An Life, Zhejiang Branch. Mr. Xie joined the former Ping An Bank in March 2006, and had served successively as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Human Resources and Vice President. Mr. Xie served successively as an Executive Director of former Ping An Bank from June 2007 to June 2012, Vice President of Ping An Bank from July 2012 to October 2013, Special Assistant to the Chairman, General Manager and CEO of Ping An Securities from November 2013 to June 2014, and Chairman and CEO of Ping An Securities from June 2014 to November 2016. Mr. Xie has served as the Deputy General Manager of Ping An Group since September 2016.
Mr. Hu Yuefei, Director, President. Mr. Hu was born in 1962 and holds a master's degree.
From December 1979 to July 1983, he worked as a clerk of Dongan County Branch, Hunan, People's Bank of China. From August 1983 to July 1986, he studied at Hunan Financial Management Cadres College. From August 1986 to December 1989, he worked as a clerk and Vice Chief of HR Department of Hunan Branch, ICBC. From January 1990 to February 1999, he served as the Director of Promotion Office of Office of the Party Committee of SDB, and Vice President and President of Subbranch. From February 1999 to May 2006, he served as the President of Guangzhou Branch and the President Assistant of SDB. From May 2006 to October 2016, he served as the Vice President of Ping An Bank (formerly SDB). He has been a director of Ping An Bank (formerly SDB) since December 2007.
Ms. Jessica Tan, Director. She was born in 1977. Her nationality is Singapore. Ms. Tan graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and two Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics.& She has been the Chief Information Officer and President and CEO of Ping An Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Chief Operation Officer of the Company since December 2014, and Executive Vice President of the Company since January 2016 She has been a director of Ping An Bank since January 2014.
Prior to this, she was a Partner (global director) with McKinsey & Company, specialized in financial service. During her 12 years work there, she cooperated with the leading financial services institutions of the United States and 10 countries in Asia, focusing on strategy, organization, operation, and information technology.
Mr. Jason Yao, Director. He was born in 1971. He is a member of FSA and MBA of New York University. He has been an executive director of Ping An since June 2009. He served as CFO and Vice General Manager of the Company from April 2010 to June 2009. He has been the Chief Actuary of the Company since October 2012 and Executive Vice President of the Company since January 2016. And he has been an director of Ping An Bank (formerly SDB) since June 2010.
Mr. Yao joined Ping An in May 2001. He worked as Senior Vice President of the Company from June 2009 to January 2016, the Financial Director of the Company from March 2008 to April 2010, Chief Actuary of the Company from January 2007 to June 2010, the Deputy Financial Officer from February 2004 to January 2007, the General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department of the Company from February 2004 to February 2012, Deputy Chief Actuary of the Company from December 2002 to January 2007, and the Deputy General Manager of the Product Center of the Company from 2001 to 2002.
Previously, Mr. Yao served as a Senior Manager of Consultancy and Actuary of Deloitte & Touche.
Ms. So Lan Ip, Director. She was born in 1956 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing from the Polytechnic of Central London. Ip So Lan has been the Senior Vice President of the Company since January 2011, and the Chief Internal Auditor, Person-in-charge of Auditing and Compliance Officer since March 2006, March 2008 and July 2010, respectively. And he has been an director of Ping An Bank (formerly SDB) since June 2010.
Ms. Ip joined the Company in 2004 and was the Assistant to the Vice President of Ping An Life from February 2004 to March 2006, the Assistant to the Vice President of the Company from March 2006 to January 2011.
Ms. Ip had previously worked with AIA, Prudential Hong Kong, and so on.
Ms. Cai Fangfang, Director. Ms. Cai was born in 1974 and holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of New South Wales. Ms. Cai has been an executive director of the Company since July 2014. Ms. Cai is the Chief Human Resource Officer of the Company since March 2015 She has been a director of Ping An Bank since January 2014.
Ms. Cai joined the Company in July 2007. She held the positions of Vice General Manager and General Manager of the Remuneration Planning and Management Department of the Human Resource Center of the Company from October 2009 to February 2012. She was the Vice Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department of the Company from February 2012 to September 2013. Ms. Cai was the Chief Human Resource Officer of the Company from September 2013 to March 2015.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Cai served as the consulting director of Watson Wyatt Consultancy (Shanghai) Ltd., the audit director on financial industry of British Standards Institution Management Systems Certification Co. Ltd., and so on.
Mr. Guo Jian, Director. Born in 1964, Mr. Guo graduated from Chengdu Institute of Telecommunication Engineering (now known as the University of Electronic Science and Technology) majoring in electronic physics and devices with a postgraduate diploma. He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director and General Manager of Shenzhen China Electronics Investment Co., Ltd..
He joined Shenzhen China Electronics Investment Co., Ltd. in May 1988, and has held different positions, including Salesman, Deputy Director at the supervisory level, General Manager Assistant and Business Manager as well as Deputy General Manager. He has been a Director and General Manager of the Company since July 2011; the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company and the Chairman of Shenzhen China Electronics Qianhai Information Industry Co., Ltd. since April 2012, the Deputy General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China CEC International Information Service Company Limited from August 2013 to March 2016; the General Manager of the Unit No.1 under e-commerce business segment of China CEC International Information Service Company Limited from October 2014 to April 2016.
Mr. Guo is also a Member of Shenzhen CPPCC, Chairman of Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export, an Executive Council Member of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products and the Vice President of Shenzhen Enterprise Confederation.
Mr. Wang Chunhan, Independent Director. He was born in 1951. He is a senior economist with a college degree. He has been an independent director of Ping An Bank since January 2014.
From May 1975 to March 1988, Mr. Wang served successively as the Accountant, Clerical Worker of the Party Branch, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of Siwei Road Office of Wuhan Branch, the Deputy Secretary (in charge) and Secretary of the Party Branch of Chezhan Road Office of Wuhan Branch, a cadre of the Party Rectification Office of Wuhan Branch, the Deputy Director (in charge) and Director of the Political Work Office of Wuhan Branch of the People's Bank of China (during which period he studied at Jianghan University from September 1983 to July 1985). From April 1988 to December 1997, Mr.Wang acted as the Vice President of Wuhan Branch of the People's Bank of China (during which period he concurrently served as a member of the Steering Group and the Director of Preparatory Work Office of the Urban Cooperative Banks of Wuhan Municipal Government from October 1994 to December 1997). In addition, Mr. Wang served as the Standing Vice Chairman, Party Secretary and President of Wuhan Urban Commercial Bank from December 1997 to December 2000 the Chairman, Party Secretary and President of Wuhan Urban Commercial Bank from December 2000 to December 2006, and the Chairman and Party Secretary of Hankou Bank from December 2006 to July 2009 (during which period Wuhan Urban Commercial Bank was renamed as Hankou Bank in June 2008). Mr. Wang also acted as the Counselor of Wuhan Municipal Government from July 2009 to May 2014, an Independent Director of Qishang Bank from May 2012 to December 2013, and an Independent Director of Tibet Bank since December 2011.
Mr. Wang Songqi, Independent Director. He was born in 1952. He holds a PhD in Economics. He serves as a professor of Graduate School, doctoral supervisor of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), par-time doctoral supervisor of Central University of Finance and Economics, and guest professor of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He has been an independent director of Ping An Bank since January 2014.
Mr. Wang obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics of Finance Department of Jilin University of Finance and Economics in 1982, master's degree in Economics of Finance Department of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, and doctoral degree of Finance Department of Renmin University of China in 1985. He worked as a teacher at Finance Department of Renmin University of China from August 1988 to December 1995. He has been a research of Institute of Finance and Trade Economics, CASS and Institute of Finance and Banking, CASS since January 1996.
Since 1990, he has been a member of the 4th Council of China Society for Finance and Banking and President of National Financial Institute for the Young and Middle-aged. Now he serves as member of the 6th Council of China Society for Finance and Banking and the Editor-in-chief of The Banker. He is entitled to special government allowances by the State Council. He has been an independent director of Baoshang Bank Limited since 2013.
Mr. Han Xiaojing, Independent Director. He was born in 1955. He holds a master degree in Laws. He is a practicing lawyer in China and one of the founders of Commerce & Finance Law Offices. He has been an independent director of Ping An Bank since January 2014.
He graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (old name: Hubei College of Finance and Economics) with a bachelor's degree in Laws in 1982 and from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in Laws in 1985. He worked as an instructor at China University of Political Science and Law from 1985 to 1986 and lawyer at China Legal Affairs Center from 1986 to 1992. Since 1992, he has been a partner of Commerce & Finance Law Offices, mainly responsible for the businesses of securities, corporate reorganization/merger, banking, and project financing.
Mr. Han has been a independent and non-executive director of Sino-Ocean Land Holdings Limited since 2007, of Far Eastern Horizon since 2011, and of Sinotrans Limited since 2014, and independent director of Beijing Sanju Environmental Protection and New Material Co., Ltd. since 2014.
Mr. Guo Tianyong, Independent Director. Born in 1968, Mr. Guo is a Doctor of Economics. He is a professor and doctoral tutor of the School of Finance of Central University of Finance and Economics. He has served as an Independent Director of Ping An Bank since May 2016.
Mr. Guo obtained his Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Shandong University in 1990, and then worked in Yantai Branch of the People's Bank of China from 1990 to 1993. He received his Master degree in Economics from the School of Finance, Renmin University of China in 1996, and he obtained his Doctorate degree in Economics from the Postgraduate School for the Head Office of PBoC in 1999. Since1999, he has been working in Central University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Guo currently takes up some academic posts, including an Advisory Expert in the Committee of Monetary Policy under People's Bank of China, a Member of the Internet Finance Specialist Committee under Payment and Clearing Association of China, a member of CFF organized by China Finance Association, a Director of China International Finance Society, a Special Councilor of China Wealth Management 50 Forum (CWM50) and others. Since May 2014, he has served as an Independent Director of Hundsun Technologies Inc. and works as an Independent Director of Digiwin Software Co., Ltd.
Mr. YANG Rusheng, Independent Director. Born in 1968, he is a Master of Economics from Jinan University, Chinese Certified Public Accountant and Chinese Certified Tax Accountant.
He is currently a Partner of Ruihua Certified Public Accountants and a Member of the Governance Committee of its Shenzhen Branch. He is also an Independent Director of Shenzhen Qianhai Webank, a Non-Executive Director of Hong Kong Culture Landmark Investment Co., Ltd. (HKSE Stock Code: 00674), a Visiting Professor of Guangdong University of Finance & Economics.
He had worked in Shenzhen Building Materials Industry (Group) Company, Shenzhen Yongming Certified Public Accountants, Shenzhen Guangshen Certified Public Accountants, Shenzhen Youxin Certified Public Accountants, Wanlong Asia Certified Public Accountants and Guofu Horwath Certified Public Accountants. And he also had served as a Member of the Ethics Committee of Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Member of the Responsibility Accreditation Committee of the Certified Public Accountants of Bureau of Finance of Shenzhen Municipality, the Vice President of the Shenzhen Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Standing Director of the Shenzhen Certified Tax Agents Association and the Director of the China Certified Tax Agents Association,. He currently is the Director of Guangdong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been an Independent Director of Shenzhen Tagen, Coship Electronics, Shenzhen SEG and former Ping An Bank.
Mr. Qiu Wei, Chairman of Supervisory Board and Supervisor of Staff. He was born in 1962. He is a senior economist with PhD in Financial Economics. He now serves as the Chairman of Supervisory Board, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of Ping An Bank.
He had served as the Vice Section Chief and Section Chief of Luzhou Branch, Sichuan, People's Bank of China, Director of Integrated Office, Branch Vice President, and General Manager Assistant of HR Department of Head Office of SDB, Director of Branch Office, President Assistant, Vice President, President, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Shenzhen Branch of China Guangfa Bank, President, Vice Secretary of the Party committee of Shenzhen International Trust and Investment Corporation, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Vice Secretary of the Party committee, and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenzhen Commercial Bank, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Vice Secretary of the Party committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Chairman of the Labor Union of SDB, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of SDB.
Mr. Che Guobao, Supervisor of Shareholders. He was born in 1949 and holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Machinery. He now serves as a shareholder, legal representative, and Chairman of Shenzhen Ying Zhong Tai Investment Co., Ltd.

Mr. Feng got engaged in the industry of bank in 1979 and served at Shanghai branches of People's Bank of China, ICBC, and China Citic Bank and held the positions of President Assistant, Vice President, Vice President (presiding over works), and President of Shanghai Branch of China Citic Bank. He joined SDB in April 2004 as the Executive Vice President. In December 2006, he was transferred to be Executive Vice President of Shenzhen Commercial Bank. From July 2007 to November 2010, he worked as an executive director and Executive Vice President of SDB in charge of the operation and management of the businesses of East Zone. Ms. Chen Rong, Vice President and CFO. She was born in 1968 and holds a master's degree in Business Economic Management of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
She joined Ping An Bank (formerly SDB) after graduation in 1993. She worked as a loan officer of Nantou Branch, Director of International Business Department, Vice President of the Branch, and President of the Branch. From November 2001, she was transferred to the headquarters and worked as the General Manager of Credit Department, Credit Risk Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer of Internal Control, and COO. From April 2011 to January 2012, she worked as the President of Shenzhen Branch. From January 2012 to March 2014, she worked as the President Assistant of Ping An Bank in charge of the management of five branches in West Zone. Since March 2014 to April 2016, she worked as the Vice President of Ping An Bank. Since April 2016, she has been the Vice President and CFO of Ping An Bank.
Mr. He Zhijiang, Vice President (Qualifications to be approved). He was born in 1965. He holds a Master&s degree of arts in foreign languages from Shandong University and is a senior economist.
He had served as a teacher at the foreign languages teaching and research section of Qingdao Institute of Architecture and Engineering from July 1986 to September 1989. He studied foreign languages at Shandong University from September 1989 to July 1992 and obtained a Master degree of arts in foreign languages. He had consecutively served as a dealer of the foreign exchange fund centre of Bank of China Shandong branch, a senior dealer of the Fund Department of Bank of China New York branch, Director of the foreign exchange fund centre of Bank of China Shandong branch, the Deputy Manager and Manager of the Fund Centre of Bank of China Frankfurt branch from July 1992 to September 2001, had consecutively served as the Deputy Director of the Fund Exchange Centre and Deputy General Manager of the Fund Exchange Department of China Merchants Bank from September 2001 to January 2007, had consecutively served as the Director of the Fund Department and Chief Fund Officer of Ping An Bank (formerly known as Shenzhen Development Bank) from January 2007 to October 2013, and had consecutively served as the Executive Vice President and President of Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial Bank from October 2013 to October 2016. He has been the Deputy President of Ping An Bank since November 2016.
Mr. Zhou Qiang, Secretary of the BOD. He was born in 1972. He majored in International Finance and graduated from Department of Finance of Nankai University with a doctoral degree in Economics.
From July 2001 to April 2007, he worked as the Business Manager of Investment Banking BU, Vice General Manager of Investment Bank Management Department, and General Manager of Ping An Securities Co., Ltd. From April 2007 to October 2011, he worked as the Vice Director of the BOD Office and Representative Securities Affairs of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. From October 2011 to May 2014, he served as the General Manager Assistant and Vice General Manager of Ping An Securities Co., Ltd. He has been the Secretary of the BOD of Ping An Bank since June 2014.
