现如今的孩子可以说是要什么有什么，零食、玩具、衣服等等啥都不缺。说起零食，小编犹记得父母跟自己讲过他们小时候久久吃上一次麦芽糖就是童年最开心的事情了。而现如今的小朋友，各种零食更是五花八门，看得是眼花缭乱，吃得更是杂七杂八。父母对此可要留个心眼，零食吃得好可以缓解孩子饥饿，吃得不好反而有害无益。以下所列的食物父母们要注意了，少让孩子吃。1、海带丝、鱿鱼丝等海产品海带丝、鱿鱼丝等海产品不仅小孩喜欢，大人常常也是爱不释手。然后这些零食都添加了许多食盐，过量食用容易导致碘过量摄入进而促进甲状腺结节的发展。此外，像龙虾，甲鱼，海参，扇贝这些海产品也要适量食用。2、方便面方便面回答很香，对小孩有绝对的诱惑力。但方便面属于高脂肪的油炸食品，对正在长身体的孩子有很多不利的影响，很容易促进甲状腺结节的发生的，严重者还会导致出现甲状腺癌。3、碳酸饮料碳酸饮料是很多孩子的最爱，特别是随着汉堡、薯条等快餐食品流行，碳酸饮料陪汉堡薯条成了很多孩子热爱的搭配。但碳酸饮料会对宝宝的牙齿和钙具有一定的腐蚀作用，还会损坏孩子的骨骼，不利于孩子的身高发育，严重时还会引起甲状腺结节。之前有报道说妈妈发现自己7岁的孩子脖子有硬块，经检查是甲状腺结节。而原因就在于孩子特别爱吃以上这些零食。所以父母们爱孩子也不能对孩子有求必应，否则这不是爱孩子，而是害了孩子。
