做英语老师三年多了，感觉这个行业和自己想像得不太一样，不是不喜欢学生，是不喜欢这个体制吧，学生很可爱，不管成绩好不好，我都觉得很值得我去爱护关心他们，但是，学校这个体制真的很奇怪，非要让你把学生当成机器般做作业，我们学校连中午老师都要去上课，不去的话经常被点名。作为英语老师我更不能接受的是学校所以老师都不在乎学生能不能开口，只在乎他们会不会做题。所以很想转行了，各位大神有意见吗？求给点意见，在此谢谢啦
