部分司机不知道“圆屏”红灯亮时可以右转的规则，在可以右转的情况下不敢右转，导致出现了不必要的排队。这个问题在众多新手身上主要表现为“越来越看不懂交通灯”的迷茫：有时明明是绿灯，却不准通行；而红灯高挂的时候，又可以照过不误……如今的交通灯到底要怎么看？
先看看《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》有关“红灯时能否右转”的条文：
什么是“全屏灯”和“箭头灯”
不管交通灯的样式如何，其含义都是“某个方向可以/不可以通行”。相比之下，箭头灯的指示效果比全屏灯更直观，其含义也更容易理解。
绿灯就能放心通过吗？
“红灯能否右转”的问题还真让人纠结，那么绿灯是否就意味着放心通行了？当然不是，绿灯时同样要看清楚指示标志，违反的话同样要受到和闯红灯一样的处罚。
1、全屏绿灯：原则上可左转、直行、右转"
2、箭头绿灯：在指定车道上按箭头指向行驶
箭头绿灯的含义就是“指哪往哪走”，这种样式的交通灯的指示比全屏灯更“直白”。
箭头交通灯通常还会配合车道指示牌一同出现。车辆通过设置了箭头交通灯的路口时，除了要依照箭头灯指引通行之外，还要选择正确的车道。
左转绿色箭头灯亮时，车辆只能从左转车道通过；当直行绿色箭头灯亮时，车辆只能从直行车道通过。不按车道通行的车辆，即使是按照灯号行驶（比如从左转车道直行），也是属于不按导向车道行驶的行为。
开车通过路口时应如何观察交通灯？
1、通过路口时提前减速观察交通灯及车道指示牌。
2、不要跟在大型车辆后面。
3、选择正确车道后不要随意变道。
4、等候红绿灯时不要离前车太近。
“红灯停绿灯行”并非一成不变的口诀。司机要想避免吃罚单，在过路口时就要提前观察相关指示标志，做到心里有数，遵章行驶。其实，要看懂交通灯并不难，因为除了图形指示之外，还有标注文字的辅助标志。只要不是视力和理解能力有问题的人，都能明白这些指示标志的含义，而这也是驾驶员的必备素质。

二、在向人问路之前，一般说“Excuse me”，一方面引起对方注意，另一方面又显得比较客气。Excuse me译成“劳驾”“请问”“打扰一下”等。

  along在这里是介词，意思是“沿着”，常与street，road，river等名词连用。

5. They get in a taxi. 他们上了一辆出租车。
  get in在这里是“上车”的意思。
  get in和get on的区别:
  get in: 用于小汽车、出租车等小型交通工具,下车时用get out of；
&&get on: 用于公共汽车、火车、飞机、轮船等大型交通工具,下车用get off。
  You can get out of the taxi at the park. 你可以在公园处下车。
  You can get off the bus at next stop. 你可以在下一站下车。
