图表虽然很浅显易懂,但是有一些符号看不懂。。。图中我用绿圈标出来的就是。。。都画上序号了,方便讨论。。。。

一般来说,类T型表示阻断,其他一般代表激活,有些是直接激活,有些是间接,还有些可能中间路径还没研究清楚。供参考。

在你画出的图中:1代表抑制的作用;2是指序列的上下游,并没有将其上下游全部画出来,就用的横线代替。尤其是后半部分并列的2是指他们皆为E box的下游,作者没有按照他们的上下游关系画出,或是因为纸张有限,或者上下游不清的缘由;3应该是指的从箭头处为转录起始点,箭头上游为调控序列。箭头下游为能转录出产物的序列。
