如何解决“千金难买翻译人才”的局面&

翻译作为当代社会一个专业性较强的职业，已经成为了我国对外经济贸易以及交流往来的重要组成部分，但是当今社会出现了“千金难买一个翻译人才”的局面，尤其是在一些比较冷门的行业，比如交通翻译。那么如何解决这种困境，已经成为了迫在眉睫的问题。
第一、加大翻译行业资金投入
在我们的生活中，懂外语的人很多，但是真正能够拿下专业翻译的人却寥寥无几。那么是什么原因造成这样的困境呢？首先应该从源头出发，加大对翻译专业的企业及人才发展的资金支持，使得这些企业或人才能够有条件、有精力投身到翻译事业中，尤其是比较冷淡的交通翻译。
第二、提高翻译教学质量
曾经有一位伟人这样说“计算机要从娃娃抓起”，翻译也不例外。造成我国外语行业人员较多，但是专业翻译人员较少的主要原因就是没有在基础教育时抓好基础知识，让这些选择了外语专业，却不能得到更专业的知识教育，导致在走上工作岗位时由于专业知识薄弱，进而不能胜任本职工作的现象。
第三、解决冷门行业翻译现状
随着我们交通事业的发展，需要很大一批翻译人才来充实交通发展的队伍，但是很多人看到了交通翻译的辛苦与底薪水，不愿意选择交通行业，这就导致了交通行业翻译人才严重匮乏的现象。所以相关部门应该从根本上解决这一问题，以引导大学生就业，并鼓励大学生选择冷门行业，放宽冷门行业就业的限制和要求。此文章由英信翻译公司提供（www.chinatransyx.com）。
