如何合理的利用雅思听力的最后十分钟
考雅思的同学们都知道在结束了30分钟的听力录音后，会有10分钟的时间给大家誊抄答案到答题纸上，大部分的同学只用花2-3分钟就可以完成誊抄的工作，那剩下来的时间应该做些什么呢？其实考生们应该充分的利用这10分钟来检查，那需要检查哪些部分呢？今天我来告诉大家如何利用这10分钟检查出大家的所有易错点。
1. 字数要求
只要是雅思填空题，都会有字数限制，例如：NO MORE THAN TWO WORDS OR/AND NUMBERS。在这种情况下，同学们可能会很容易犯一些错误。以two-day trip为例，同学们可能在听录音的时候没有注意到day是单数形式，而且大部分同学对连字符不熟悉，所以可能会将答案写成two days trip。但是，如果学生在检查的时候注意字数要求，看到是’TWO WORDS’，就会发现自己的two days trip是三个词所以是错误答案，这样就可以很有效的避免不必要的失分。
剑桥真题中也出现过因为字数限制出现的易错点，以剑6 TEST3 SECTION1的Q2为例。
这道题的录音原文是The twenty-seventh of first, nineteen seventy-three.
大部分同学其实都能知道答案是January 27th，1973，但是这么写就是错误答案。因为题目要求的字数是’ONE WORD AND/OR A NUMBER’这意味着最多只能有一个单词加一个数字，所以答案应该写成27.01.1973或者27/1/1973。
2. 单复数问题
单复数问题一直是困扰考生们的难题。虽然对于同学们来说，做到在听录音的时候听清楚单复数才是最关键的，但当同学们在考试中漏听了单复数，有些时候在检查的过程中，我们可以避免这个问题。
我们以剑桥真题为例，剑4 TEST4 Q26题目是：
To teach children about how_____is made up
从题目中的is made up就可以看出26空格中应该填写一个单数名词。
再如剑5 TEST2 Q24题目是：
Listening to British students’ language because of:
---normal speed
---large amount of _____
由于amount of 是修饰不可数名词的，所以我们可以推断出这个空格要填写的是单数形式。
3. 大小写检查
大小写问题是很多同学们在检查的时候会粗心的部分，但是有些单词一旦首字母没有大写即使你的单词拼写正确也是会被判断为错误答案。所以，当同学们可以在检查的时候关注大小写问题就可以避免不必要的失分。
首先同学们要明确有些单词是必须首字母大写的，如人名，国家名，月份，星期等。
以剑9 TEST2 Q1 Q2为例，Q1是问姓名Name，因为姓名要首字母大写，答案是首字母大写的Bhatt, Q2是问生日Date of birth:_____，月份要首字母大写，所以答案是31 March。
4. 日期的写法
同学们可能发现了，当雅思考试考到日期的题目时，会很爱考twenty first，twenty second，twenty third这类日期。因为当录音出现 August thirty first时很多同学都会在试卷上写下8.31，当他们誊抄答案时就不注意的抄写成了August 31th。 所以大家在检查的时候需要特别注意查看自己的日期拼写是否正确，要特别关注21st, 31st, 22nd, 23rd等等。
这里给大家送一个建议，可以让大家不再担心写错日期，就是省略掉后面的th,st,nd,rd。有的同学可能担心这样会不会被判为错误答案，大家可以参见剑9TEST1 SECTION1 Q9和剑9 TEST2 SECTION1 Q2的答案，一个是22 October, 另一个是31 March。这里的答案都没有加nd,st大家还担心什么呢？下次就大胆的下笔吧！
当同学们可以做到在最后的十分钟时间里进行字数，单复数，大小写和日期写法这四点的检查，你就可以避免一些不必要的失分。最后建议大家在平时做题时也可以检查这四个方面，这样会养成良好的习惯，帮助大家在考试中取得高分。

2) 序数词：表示数目顺序的词用序数词。
1. 序数词1━19 除第一，第二，第三，第五，第八，第九， 第十二变化不规则外， 其余均由在基数词后加上 -th。
2. 十位整数的序数词的构成方法是， 是将十位整数基数词的词尾 -y 变成 i 再加 -eth 。
3. 几十几的序数词，只是把个位数变成序数词， 十位数不变。
4. 第一百以上的多位序数词 由基数词的形式变结尾部分为序数词形式来表示。
one hundred and twenty-first ，one thousand，three hundred and twentieth
5. 序数词的缩写形式 有时，序数词可以用缩写形式来表示。主要缩写形式有。
first--lst second--2nd third--3rd fourth--4th sixth--6th twentieth--20th twenty-third--23rd 其中lst ，2nd ，3rd 为特殊形式，其它的都是阿拉伯数字后加上th 。
6. 通常前面要加定冠词 the；但是如果序数词前出现不定冠词a 或an 时，则表示“再”，“又”.

7. 基数词也可以表示顺序。只需将基数词放在它所修饰的名词之后(名词需大写) 即可，不需要添加定冠词。
