外国人申请居留许可变更须知
　　一、下列情形应在10日内办理变更登记：
　　1、居留许可持有人（包括欲离职人员）因居留事由、护照号码、偕行人等情况发生变化的；
　　2、居留许可持有人因住址、就读院校、任职或者就业单位等情况发生变化的，其中居留许可持有人由一城市迁往另一城市的，可以向原签发地公安机关出入境管理部门申办迁出登记，或向迁入地公安机关出入境管理部门申办迁入登记。
　　二、须履行的手续：
　　1、提交有效的护照及居留许可的原件和复印件。
　　2、填写《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》，交2张近期二寸半身正面免冠照片。
　　三、须提交的与申请居留许可变更有关的证明材料：
　　1、因任职或就业单位发生变化的，须提供现单位公函、现单位的营业执照副本复印件，并提交已变更了的《外国人就业证》或者《外国专家证》及其复印件；
　　2、因就读院校发生变化的，须提供现就读院校注明学习期限的公函和《录取通知书》；
　　3、因提前解除聘用合同离职人员，须提供原单位的离职证明，重新办理在华停留手续；
　　4、因居留事由等情况发生变化应重新办理居留许可，并按申请居留许可提供相应证明材料；
　　5、因领取新护照的，按持新护照申请居留许可的规定提供相关证明材料；
　　6、变更地址的还须提交临时住宿登记证明。

香港入境事务处表示，获悉坠机事件后，已即时通过外交部驻港特派员公署、中国驻马来西亚、乌克兰及荷兰大使馆及航空公司了解情况。
经初步核对乘客名单后，入境处发现有1名港人及其1名持外国护照的家属乘搭该航班，并已主动联系有关家属并确认事件，并会按家属意愿提供一切可行协助。
香港入境处会继续与公署、各大使馆及航空公司保持密切联系，以进一步确认是否还涉及其他香港居民，并留意事态发展，积极跟进事件。
