like in…?” “which season do you like best?”来进行语言交际。考虑到是本单元的第一课时,学生对季节、气候的单词还没有概念,所以笔者选择教授教材B部分的单词和两个重点句型“What’s the weather like

best?”。本节课是操练单词和对话的功能课,所以在课堂上应采取各种教学方法使学生爱说、想说、敢说,培养学生的口语交际能力和自主学习的能力。2、学生情况分析六年级的学生经过三年的英语学习,大部分学生已经掌握了一定的学习方法,所以在本课时的设计时笔者注重对学生自主性学习能力的培养。由于在平时的课堂中教师已经对

best?”进行对话交际;⑶、培养学生的口语交际能力和自主学习的能力。4、教学准备教师:单词卡片,图片,多媒体课件,写好板书学生:画一些气象标志(晴天,多云,有雨,有风)二、教学过程Step 1.Organization1.Greeting (师生问好)2.Singing an English song 《Excuse me》[设计意图]师生边唱边做英文歌曲既能调动学生学习英语的积极性,拉近师生之间的关系,为学生营造一个轻松的学习环境,又符合小学生好动的年龄特点,满足他们好表现的欲望。Step2.RevisionFree talk:T: Show me your hands ,please. Whose hands are bigger, mine or yours?How old are you? Whose older, you or ××?What does this sign mean? (教师用食指捂嘴)What do that signs mean? (多媒体出示一些气象标志图)[设计意图]通过谈话导入,以旧带新。笔者设计的对话内容既复习了前几单元的知识,又自然的引出了要教授的新单词。Step3.Presentation & Practise1、 教单词weather由刚才的谈话导入 T: What do the signs mean?T : They mean weather.The signs can tell us the weather.学生模仿读单词,并猜读单词中元音字母的发音。[设计意图]Weather这个单词的意思比较抽象,由多媒体出示气象标志,可以让学生形象的理解,降低了学习的难度。2、 教单词sunny ,cloudy和句型“What’s the weather like?”及其回答点击其中的一副气象标志,教师问学生 “What’s the weather like?”学生学说句子,并让学生指着标志问教师“What’s the
weather like?”由教师来给出正确答案“It’s
sunny.”然后在让学生模仿读单词“sunny”并和单词“sun”进行比较。同样的方法学习单词“cloudy”,和“loud”进行比较。[设计意图]在单词教学中,笔者经常使用通过已学单词来引领学生自己读出新单词。这种方法既可以加深学生对单词的记忆,又可以培养学生认读单词的能力,让他们掌握简单的合成词的拼读规律。3、 教单词“rainy,windy”出示两段音频,分别是雨声和风声,让学生猜是什么天气,引导学生假如想知道可以用“What’s the weather
like?”来提问,由教师来读出正确单词,学生模仿读。[设计意图]如果继续用图片引出另外两个表示天气的单词的话,学生肯定觉得没有新鲜感,小部分的学生也可能因此而开小差。设计不同的引导方式学习单词,目的在于优化课堂环境,使学生“乐”学。4、 操练句型“What’s the weather like?”“It’s…”让学生用自己课前画好的气象标志简笔画,同桌操练[设计意图]形象的图画可以帮助学生更好的记忆抽象的天气单词,课前画标志也可以锻炼学生的动手能力,增加学习英语的兴趣。5、说chantWeather,weather, what’s the weath like?Sunny,sunny,it’s sunny.Weather,weather, what’s theweather like?Cloudy,cloudy,it’s cloudy.Weather,weather, what’s the weather like?Rainy,rainy,it’s rainy.Weather,weather, what’s the weather like?Windy,windy,it’s windy.[设计意图]教师自编的儿歌,可以让学生从紧张的课堂教学中放松一下,儿歌的内容是以上学习的四个单词和一个重点句型,可以起到巩固所学知识的作用。6、教单词“warm, spring”T : What’s the weather like today ?Ss: It’s….T: Yes, it’s…, and it’s warm.学生模仿跟读单词warmT : It’s warm , because it’s spring now.多媒体出示春节的图片由Spring Festival 引出单词spring, 学生模仿跟读。7、教单词“autumn, cool”T : What’s your favourite holiday?S1 : ….S2: My favourite holiday is Mid-Autumn Festival. 多媒体出示中秋节的图片由Mid-Autumn Festival 引出autumn,学生模仿跟读。T : What’s the weather like in autumn ?S : 学生可能回答中文:凉爽,这时教师说出单词 cool,学生模仿跟读。[设计意图]教师在教授单词时可以充分利用当时的季节和天气来组织课堂语言,由于学生在上学期已经学过Spring Festival和Mid-Autumn
