香港会计师公会简介
香港会计师公会（以下简称&公会&）根据《专业会计师条例》（香港法律第50章）于日成立，是香港唯一的法定专业会计师注册组织，专责培训、发展及监管本港的会计专业。
香港会计师公会的职能包括：
处理会计师注册及颁发执业证书事宜
监管会员的专业操守及水平
制订专业操守指引、会计准则及核数准则
举办专业资格课程及相关课程以维持会计师的入职质素
为会员提供持续进修及其它服务
于本港及海外推动会计专业的发展
专业资格课程简介
香港会计师公会的专业资格课程以大学学位为入读资格，是在香港晋身为执业会计师（即内地的注册会计师）的最直接途径。此课程不仅培训学员稳固的会计专业知识，并着重于他们赖以成功发展事业的各种重要专业技能。

QP获全球五大洲认可。 完成QP (包括4个单元及期终考试) 的公会会员可以向有关团体申请会籍及执业资格。
根据最新签订的《内地与香港更紧密经贸关系安排》(CEPA)补充协议五，中、港两地政府已率先把两地专业考试的相互豁免科目增加至四科。根据《内地与香港注册会计师部分考试科目相互豁免协议》，于协议签署之日 (即日)及之前通过中国注册会计师全国统一考试并全科合格的CICPA会员，在报读QP时，可以豁免三个科目。

Admission requirements for a CPA
To qualify as a CPA of the Institute, you are required to fulfill the admission requirements for membership admission.
Competency-based practical experience framework
Registered students of the Institute are also required to comply with the competency-based practical experience framework (PEF) with effect from 1 January 2005. Under the PEF, you are required to work under either an authorized employer (AE) or anauthorized supervisor (AS) in order to acquire the practical experience for membership admission.
Training records form
All QP students&&are required to use the record form in the prospective member's record of practical experience for membership admission to record your practical experience gained on or after 1 January 2005 and submit it to the Institute at the time of application for Institute membership together with the membership application form.For practical experience gained before 1 January 2005, registered students may submit an official testimonial(s) from employer(s) listing the duration, job nature and title of your employment OR the training records form for membership application.
Students who are not working under an AE/AS on or after 1 January 2005
For QP students working in the mainland but not under an AE/AS, you may fulfill the PEF requirements if your employer satisfies certain quality assurance criteria such that you will be regarded as having worked under a structured training environment of a standard equivalent to the PEF.
In these circumstances, you are also required to submit an organizational review questionnaire (the questionnaire) along with the training records form when you apply for the Institute's membership. The questionnaire should be completed by your employer.点评的童鞋不好意思，偷了下懒，中文资料请见

在完成四个单元后，学员便可参加期终考试，考核范围包括四个单元的内容，以测试学员能否将不同范畴所学的知识融汇贯通及灵活运用

工作坊由富经验的导师指导，着重加强学员的专业知识及通才技巧的能力
学员需要出席所有工作坊、参与及达到不少于70%目标要求，才获得参加开卷考试的资格。不能通过工作坊要求的学员均不获准参加开卷考试。

The examination entry and completion requirements
A person can only enrol for QP module and final examination if he/she is a &registered student& of the Institute who has paid his/her current annual registration fee and the required fees for the QP modules or final examination.
The four QP modules may be taken in any order selected by the candidate.
A candidate must pass all four QP modules before they are eligible to take the final examination.
The four QP modules and the final examination must be completed within ten years from the date of registration as a student

首次注册费 ： 港币 450 元
年费 ： 港币 450 元
学术评审费 ： 港币 1,200 元
单元费用 ： 每单元港币 4,400 元 (包括课程教材、工作坊及考试费用)
工作坊费用 : 每单元工作坊港币 3,300元

Scholarships and awards
Awards for Outstanding Achievement in the Qualification Programme for
Mainlanders
(i)&&Modules
& & In each examination session, a cash prize of HK$6,000 is awarded to
the top candidate of each of the four modules who passes the
respective module examinations.
(ii)&&Final examination
The top three candidates in each examination session are awarded.
Cash in the amounts of HK$5,000, HK$3,000 and HK$2,000 are
awarded to the highest, second highest and third highest scorers
respectively.
Note: HKICPA reserves the right and final decision to amend the terms of awards and the final results of
examinations without prior notice.
The qualification programme is a comprehensive training programme that provides the knowledge and skills necessary to become a CPA. QP builds on an accounting degree and progresses to course work and examinations -- the knowledge side of the pyramid. On the practice side, you will participate in workshops that simulate issues you will face at work as a CPA. You will then go on to real-world experience, gained under the tutelage of a CPA, which prepares you to assume roles with greater responsibility.When you join the Institute’s QP, you join a dynamic group of students who are gaining the world’s best training for professional accountants and the designation of CPA, the apex of accounting qualifications. Graduates of the programme have the knowledge, skills and values it takes to carry the designation pleting the QP exempts you from passing the Hong Kong practising certificate examinations, which are necessary for registration as an auditor.All QP students registered on or after 1 January 2008 who hold a non-Hong Kong accountancy degree need to sit and pass the aptitude test on Hong Kong law to gain a practising certificate.

　　学路为了能够更加提升自己的专业能力，找到更好的工作，坚信考取初级会计职称是有必要的。所以，为大家整理了学路报考初级会计职称的报考建议和相关问题，希望对大家有帮助。
　　问：我的&会计从业资格证书&目前尚未办妥申领手续，能否报名参加考试?
　　答：不能。根据全国考办规定，报考人员在办理报名手续时，必须具备会计从业资格，持有会计从业资格证书原件。
　　如果刚刚考过了会计从业，是不能马上报考初级会计职称的。因为会计从业的证书是不能马上就发下来的，而报考初级会计职称，必须要持有会计从业的证书，才能进行报考。
　　报考须知：
　　学路首次报考初级会计需要现场确认的，要携带的资料有：加盖单位公章的报名信息表;本人身份证原件及复印件;会计从业资格证书原件及复印件;学历证书原件及复印件;本人近期一寸彩色免冠照片1张;
　　备注：大多地区符合报名条件的在校生也可以参加初级职称考试，此类报考人员在填写报名信息时，工作单位填写毕业院校名称，学历填写目前已取得的最高学历即可。具体以当地财政局规定为准。
　　学习方法：
　　1)制定复习计划：对于学路来说，复习时间相对充裕，可以在合理考量自己的复习时间之后进行复习计划的制定，避免因为自己的定性不够、各种课外活动、兼职等原因导致自己的复习计划无法完成;
　　2)对于学路来说，接触的会计实例相对较少，因此，考试的两个科目&&初级会计实务和经济法基础中，初级会计实务是相对较难的。因此，在复习过程中，需要多注意此科目的学习，可以多分配一些时间到初级会计实务上面。
