正规sci期刊与非法sci期刊对比和鉴别技巧
4.自办发行，隐蔽性较高。自办发行不通过邮局，就不会有真正的邮发代号，而它们的手段就是做假邮发代号或盗用其它期刊的邮发代号。所以假刊从邮局或国家报刊发行网上是查不到他们任何信息的。
5.非法sci期刊内容多而繁杂，版面相较混乱。众多非法sci期刊在内容的编排上毫无规律可言，不设置分类栏目，文章杂乱无序，不符合正规sci期刊在内容编排方面规范化、标准化的格式基本要求。
凡通过新闻出版署和国家科委审批的正规sci期刊均编入了“国内统一刊号”，正规sci期刊的刊号是由国际标准刊号(ISSN)和国内统一刊号(CN)两部分组成，“CN”是中国国别代码，缺少“国内统一刊号”或“内部报刊准印证”都可认为是中国国内的非法sci期刊，国家不认可，也不准在中国国内发行的。
三、识别正规sci期刊的方法
国内公开发的sci期刊允许在国内外发行，有国内统一刊号，其刊号结构式为：CN报刊登记号/分类号，只有ISSN国际刊号而无国内统一刊号不允许在国内公开发行，有的虽印有CN(HK)或CNXXX(HK)/R这不是合法的国内统一刊号需注意，正规sci期刊一般有国内主管单位，并有详细的通信地址和印刷出版地都在国内，除自办发行外大多通过邮局征订和发行，故常常有邮发代码。而非法出版物一般没有国内统一刊号，即使“内部报刊准印证”也没有，没有国内明确的主管单位，通信地址不祥，常常以XXX信箱收稿，印刷出版地都在大陆以外。以便逃避查处，当然不可能有邮发代码了。
CN刊号标准格式是：CN XX-XXXX，其中前两位是各省、自治区、直辖市地区号,其中印有CN(HK)或CNXXX(HK)/R这不是合法的国内统一刊号医学全在线。各区号为：
11-北京市 12-天津市 13-河北省 14-山西省
15-内蒙古自治区 21-辽宁省 22-吉林省 23-黑龙江省
31-上海市 32-江苏省 33-浙江省 34-安徽省
35-福建省 36-江西省 37-山东省 41-河南省
42-湖北省 43-湖南省 44-广东省 45-广西壮族自治区
46-海南省 50-重庆市 51-四川省 52-贵州省
53-云南省 54-西藏自治区 61-陕西省 62-甘肃省
63-青海省 64-宁夏回族自治区 65-新疆维吾尔自治区
国内统一连续出版物号6位数字的后4位数字为地区连续出版物的序号。各省、自治区、直辖市的国内连续出版物序号范围一律从，其中为报纸的序号，为印刷版连续出版物的序号，为网络连续出版物的序号，为有形的电子连续出版物(如光盘等)的序号。
