as···as, so···as, as···so···之辨析
as···as, so···as, as···so···
as···as 中的第一个as和so···as 中的so均属副词，其后通常跟形容词或副词原级，第二个as均为从属连词，引出省略的比较从句。as···as可用于肯定句（意即“和······一样”）或否定句（即not as···as）中。例如：
Jack runs as fast as Tom.
杰克和汤姆跑得一样快。
English is as difficult to learn as French.
英语跟法语一样难学。
The film is not as good as the one we saw yesterday.
这部电影不如我们昨天看的那部好。
so···as 用于否定句（即not so···as 不如······）中，一般来说， not so···as 与not as···as是可以换用的。例如：
The products of our factory are not so (as) good as those of your factory.
我们厂的产品不如你们厂的产品好。
English is not so difficult to learn as French.
英语不像法语那么难学。
as···so··· 不作“因为······，所以······”解，而作“正像······一样，也······&解。这里的连词as和so用来连接两个概念，指出程度上或关系上相似的地方。as引出的是方式状语从句，为了加强语气，还可以在as之前加just，so引出的是主句，主句有时可以部分倒装。例如：
As water is the most important of liquids, so air is the most important of gases.
正如水是最重要的液体一样，空气也是最重要的气体。
As lungs are to the animal, so are leaves to the plant.
肺之于动物就好像叶子之于植物一样。
As the sun is the central body of the solar system, so is the nucleus to the core of the atom.
正如太阳是太阳系的中心体一样，原子核也是原子的中心。

as long as和so long as引导条件状语从句的区别

as long as 和 so long as 均可表示&只要&，用于引导条件，两者没什么区别。如：
I don't care so [as] long as she lets me be with her son. 只要她让我和她儿子在一起，我不在乎。
You can take my car as [so] long as you drive carefully. 你可以用我的汽车，只要你小心点儿开。
You may use my dictionary as [so] long as you don't keep it too long. 只要使用时间不太长，你可以用我的词典。
但是，当 as long as 用于本义表示&与&&一样长&时，与 so long as 在用法上是有区别的，即 as long as 可用于肯定句或，而 so long as 只用于否定句，不用于肯定句。如：
It took three times as long as I had expected. 这件事比我预料的多花了两倍的时间。
It didn't take as [so] long as I expected. 花的时间比我预料的短。
