Haggen is dedicated to giving back to the communities that we serve. We support a connected community and gladly accept donation requests from charitable organizations in the communities where we operate.

Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the event to be considered. While we try our best, we appreciate your understanding that we receive a large number of requests, and cannot respond to or support every request we receive.
Who is eligible?
501(c)3 tax-exempt organizations that focus their efforts on ending hunger, youth development programs, environmental/ sustainability efforts and community building will be given first consideration.

Donation requests
The Memorial Art Gallery contributes complimentary day passes to many charitable organizations in Rochester area.
Because we receive a high volume of requests each year, we have developed the following guidelines:
Generally, we will donate a pair of day passes to a charitable organization on an annual basis.
If your organization does two or more fundraisers each year, you should request tickets for only one of them.
If you request additional donations, please understand we may not be able to honor your request.
We generally process requests for passes once a month.
Events less than 30 days prior to your request may not be filled in time.

The name of your organization
The event name
Event date
Name and address of the person to whom we should mail the donation to

For our hospital, donations are critical in helping to pay for our patients' healthcare costs as most of them cannot afford to pay for the hospital stay, and have exhausted their financial resources from a long journey in various healthcare institutions.
HOW TO CONTRIBUTE
Your generous donation will be used to help our sick, elderly and needy patients. BVH’s annual subsidies to our needy patients amount to more than $3 mil. We are able to provide these subsidies because of your generosity.
