托福口语Task2?梳理答题结构4部曲

想要成功应对好托福口语的表达，词汇和句型当然是最为基础的环节。而对于托福口语task2来说，最为常见的一些话题一般都是涉及到：媒体类、教育类、环境类、抽象类、工作类、休闲娱乐类、生活类、地点类等。所以，在平时词汇和句型的积累中，对于这样的一些话题就要学会分类的整理。比如，对于在教育类的话题中，我们通常就会涉及到：evaluate,
standardize, judge, benefit, work efficiently, design, compare,
eliminate等常用的动词和名词词组。
那么，对于托福独立口语的task2来说，又有着怎样的一个答题结构呢?现在，我们也为大家简单的分析一下吧。
Step1：给出让步
在口语开始的时候，我们首先就要先给出一个让步的表达。也就是说，对于自己不同的意见作出论述和表达，并阐明这种观点的可取之处。而在托福让步段中，我们通常会用到的信号词就是，although,
though, despite, in spite of, admittedly, it is true
that等等。而最为常用的结构就是给出优点来作为一个让步内容，随后即可转而论述的不足之处。可供接出不足之处的常用结构有：the problem
associated with…is that…, the problem with…is that…, the disadvantages are…, the
downside of…is that…等。
Step2：提出观点
而在给出了让步之后最为关键的环节，就是需要我们非常自然的表述出自己的观点。也就是说：针对于在之前提出的一些问题，我更倾向于另外一个观点。而对于这样的表述，我们通常会用到的句型就是I
think it’s good to…, I prefer to…, in my opinion…, personally, I think…, on my
part…, from my point of view等。
Step3：给出理由
想要让自己的口语表达更有说服力，在口语的表达过程中给出合理的理由是非常重要的。而通常，在给出理由的时候，我们通常会用because, since, as,
for, because of, due to, owing to, the reason is that, it is because等词来进行衔接。
Step4：结尾概括
在托福写作的过程中，我们往往会强调需要首尾呼应，而在托福口语的表达中也是同样。想要让自己的口语内容表达完整，就必须用一句话来概括一下自己这段话的中心内容。

当中，task 1，2作为independent tasks，是很多考生比较头疼的问题。虽然它相较于后面的integrated
tasks来说形式简单，给你一句话的题目直接说出你的思路即可，但是它所涉及到的知识面是非常广泛的，甚至会涉及到我们之前完全没有思考过的领域，甚至是不熟悉的领域。这就要求着我们在复习的时候对于不同话题的思路整理，包括相似话题的整合、以及陌生话题的思路扩展。
Task 1无非就是让我们描述一个与我们生活息息相关的一些事物，我们较为常见的一些话题可以简单来说归纳为四个字母——“OPPE”，及O(object),
P(person), P(place), E(event)。
一、object类话题
根据以往常出的题目总结来看，object往往可以分为tangible object(有形物体)以及intangible object(无形无体)。
Tangible object，顾名思义我们能够看得见摸得着的实物，除了一些比较常规的special gift，meaning
object之外，还包括出题者最爱考的一些关于book类的话题，即让我们描述最喜欢看的、或是读过的最有意义的一本书。另外，较为常见的一些题目还包括描述a
song, a film, a painting, a
photograph等题目。在这样的题目当中，很多同学因为不知道要说什么或是不熟悉这样的事物导致完全说不出或是表述不流利，结结巴巴说不到重点。在遇到此类题目，一个比较简单的思路就是不要纠结于一些大家都要知道的名著，我们完全可以从自己比较熟悉的一些话题展开，如自己画的第一幅全家福。另外，尽量避免每个人都在讲的一些话题，比如大部分人都在说《Harry
Potter》，那我们如果换成《How to win friends》会不会好很多呢?一定不要给自己挖坑，怎么便于表述怎么来。
至于intangible object，较为常考的有让我们去描述positive invention，favorite subject，important
characteristic等话题。在这里还是一样，就我们容易表述的说，每个想法列出两个关键词，再去展开就可以了，在这里表述以简单易懂为主，千万不要说一些高深曲折的大道理。掌握了这些素材之后，object类题目就没问题了。所以建议在考试之前，先把所有可能会考到的题目先过一遍，想到要说什么就已经成功了一半了。
二、person类话题
Person类话题在task 1的考试中形式不多，总结起来无非两类人，一种是我们比较熟悉的在我们身边的人，例如family member, best
friend, favorite teacher, an old person you
respect等，由于这些都是我们较为熟悉的，所以比较容易想到，在表述的时候也较为简单。相对来说会有一定难度的就是第二类人——famous
person名人了。在task
1，它有可能让你去描述一位你钦佩、喜欢或是想见面的名人，甚至给你规定一定领域。这是如果碰到一些不关注这一领域的就不太好说了。比如一些女生平时对体育不感兴趣，但考试的时候让你去描述一个你最喜欢的足球选手，那可能一下子就懵圈了。但是遇到这样的题目也不用怕，在我们备考时完全可以提前准备好相关素材，在考试的时候也不是任何领域都会考我们，常见的也就actor/actress,
singer, spotsman, business man,
leader这几类，所以就算我们不喜欢不感兴趣，只要我每个领域都想出来一个人就完全没有问题啦。
在这里给到两个我们凡事涉及到人都非常通用的一些素材思路，一是表述ta在专业领域上的卓越表现。比如ta是歌手，我们说ta歌唱得好，是演员我们说ta演技精湛，是商人我们说ta把公司治理的优秀等。二是私下的品质特征，如responsible，humorous，helpful等。其中的helpful更是非常通用，基本上所有的名人都比较喜欢做一些慈善工作帮助有需要的人，所以我们可以说道Besides
the fact that he is such a shining movie star, he also devotes himself to the
charity career. He always donate some money and make no effect to help those
people in need. 你看，基本上所有的名人都能用吧!
三、place类话题
在遇到让我们描述place的题目的时候，其实也不是很难。还是可以把它分为两方面，一是“大地方”，如country，city，state等，往往会联系着travel一起考;另外一方面就是我们所谓的“小地方”，如library，museum，park，cafe，campus等地方。在遇到place的时候，我们可以从这几个思路着手，一是这个地方与我们而言的special
meaning(特殊意义)，二是这个地方的function(功能)。比如我常去这家cafe是因为一，我可以在这家咖啡馆里跟朋友小聚一下，喝喝咖啡聊聊天;二，这是我从小到大一直去的一家店，见证了我的成长，对我而言意味着很多。以这样的角度出发，place类话题也可以轻松拿下啦!
四、event类话题
很多考生会比较头疼遇到event类话题，但是这一类话题往往是我们在备考时最容易准备的。因为很多题目我们都可以把它合并成为相似话题，用同一个素材就可以对待各种不同题目。我们最常考的就是一些对你而言比较有意义的，最近发生的比较兴奋地，或是你获得成长的，或是你克服的某个困难，再或者是别人帮助你的一次经历。这些题目其实我们都可以用一个思路，如：我最近参加了某个演讲比赛，一开始觉得没信心，但是经过朋友的帮助及鼓励，后来赢得了冠军。你看，这样的思路，是不是刚刚几个题目都能用得上了?那另外一类题目就是有些负面的，比如让你描述一次别人惹恼你的经历，或是你生气的经历。在这里可以用一个非常简单好表述的思路，如某人在一个禁烟的公共场所吸烟，你劝告后仍不听，因此你很生气。表述起来也比较简单吧。
在描述event类话题的时候千万要注意语言的精简，千万不要整个45秒一直在说这件事情发生了什么，要说出它对你的意义或你的感受，这个才能体现出来我们的观点及想法。
Task 2对于很多考生来说相对简单一点，因为它已经给了我们一组对比，所以不需要我们发散脑洞各种想，但是我们在part
2选择完阵营，表述理由的时候一定要注意是否有说服力，包括我们后面补充的细节是否站得住脚。很多考生在task
2处会偏题，往往就是没有仔细审题，忽略了题目当中的一些要点而导致。
在这里，我给各位考生提供一些比较通用的素材可以在task 2的题目中用到，你们可以带到不同题目中试试看哦!
1.放松(relax)。不管是学生还是工作的人可以用到的万能理由之一，我们有太大压力，我们需要放松，通过这项活动，我们得以放松，在重回工作或学习时，我们会更有效率。
2.朋友(friends)。如果这项活动我们一个人做，我们可以说通过这项活动，我们可以交些新朋友，以此来扩充社交圈，对今后的工作是非常有帮助的。如果这项活动我们跟别人一起做，我们可以说通过这项活动，我们的友谊得以增进巩固，变成了更好的朋友。
3.学习文化，开阔眼界(broaden our
horizon/scope)。从事任何活动我们都可以从中学到新知识，这一个思路尤其对travel，learning language，reading
books这样的话题适用。
4.兴趣爱好(interest and hobby)。只有对一件事情感兴趣才会有动力去更好地完成付出努力，兴趣是我们enthusiasm的源泉。
5.安全(safety)。Safety always comes first.
所以在遇到很多话题，我们都可以说这一种选择相对安全，我们不会面临很多未知的风险等。另外，在一些题目当中也可以把它与隐私(privacy)联系在一起讨论。
6.健康(healthy)。凡是涉及到运动、锻炼以及健康饮食的题目我们都可以联系到这一点，这个是对我们mental，physical
health都是有很大好处的。

2不知道说什么吗?赶紧练起来吧!记住，口语没有什么捷径，唯一的技巧就是勤练多说。光看不练不开口说对我们的口语是没有任何帮助的哦，一定要张开嘴巴说出来。在这里，建议各位备考的考生们准备一款录音软件，可以把自己说的内容录下来，再回听有没有什么错误或是哪方面可以再提高一点，这个方法对于提高语言的精准度特别有效哦!

indispensable communicating tool in modern life. They are popular not only

the first time it happens. I’d take my friend Jenny for example. She and I both
had marketing class on a Tuesday afternoon. Suddenly she got her landlady’s call
that her neighbour smelled the gas leaking from her house. She then recalled
that she forgot to switch off the gas as she cooked Cantonese soup as usual. So
she left class immediately off home and she just prevented a potential fire.
From that case, I realized that if she didn't pick up the phone call there might
be an unimaginable fire. So that’s why I think taking mobile phones with us is
important.　　2、Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? University
students should take a part-time job during university.　　Answer: Well, I totally agree with the idea that college students should
take a part-time job. Primarily, I think taking part-time job allows students to
expand their experience as well as social circle. I mean, when taking a
part-time job students will for sure get to know more people, so they can
develop their communication skill and social skill, which are definitely
significant for their future career. What’s more, students can earn their own
bread or even help cover some of the tuition fee by taking part-time jobs. So
that’s why I think university students should take a part-time job during
university time.　　3、Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People
should always tell the truth.　　Answer: Well, I personally disagree with this idea as I think people
sometimes lie for good. For example, my little cousin is learning cooking now.
You know when children learn something you’d better encourage them rather than
criticizing them. So even the omelette she cooked was burned and tasted
extremely salty, my aunt pretended that it’s not that bad and kept encouraging
her to practice more so she can get a good result. I mean, my aunt didn't tell
the truth to my cousin only not to break my little cousin’s heart. I think this
happens frequently in our lives when we want to protect someone’s heart from
being hurt. So sometimes it is better to tell lies rather than truths.　　4、Some people like to go to college immediately after graduation
while others prefer to have a one-year break to learn something or do something
they like. Which do you prefer?　　Answer: Well, I personally prefer to have a break before getting into
college as I think, first of all, to know what I’m interested in and what I’m
looking for is of great significance. I mean, to me to know what I like to learn
in college is not that easy as I don’t experience much during school. Only by
experiencing more out of class can I find my real interest. More importantly,
it’s a good chance to get a part-time job to save me some money on my tuition
fee in college, so I’m able to have a quite easy budget. So to me to have a
break before college is more preferable.　　5、Some people like to have a break or get a job during summer
vacation. Others think it is better to take a class. Which do you prefer and
why?　　Answer: To me, I’d say I would have a break or get a job during summer
vacation. I think the essence of summer vacation is to allow us to have a
relaxation after a term-long devotion to study and therefore refresh and
recharge us to get read otherwise we will consume too much
energy. What’s more, summer vacation serves as a great opportunity to allow us
to have a travel with friends or family so as to enhance our social
relationship, or to get a job whether in relation to our major or not so that we
are able to expand our experience.　　6、Some students prefer to study alone while others prefer to study
in group. Which do you prefer?　　Answer: Well, I think that depends on what kind of work I’m doing. But on
most occasions I’d like to study alone. First of all, I think everyone has own
ideas about a task. It’s great to learn from others’ ideas and experience, but
personally I am easy to be affected by others’ thoughts or whatever. I prefer to
learn individually since I can hold on my opinion about a question or a task and
later discuss with my classmates. Secondly, when I study I have to make sure
that I a hundred percent focus on my work so I’m able to think deeply and ensure
otherwise I probably would not have a satisfying learning
result.　　7、Some people think the first impression is important when making
friends while others think it’s more important to know each other over time.
What do you think?　　Answer: Well, I think to know each other over time is more important when
making friends. Firstly, most people won’t show their real personality to
strangers at first encounter nowadays. So the first impression is not as
reliable as it was before. What we see and what we hear are probably not what
people really want to express, or probably what they pretend to express. Only by
interacting with people more often later can we get to know them more clearly.
What’s more, many people make friends by exploiting common interests, and I
think they can get to know each other more deeply through long-term interaction.
So that’s why I’d say to know each other over time is more important when making
friends.　　8、Some students think maths is more important while others think
art and history are more important. What do you think?　　Answer: Personally, I think art and history are more important to learn
because firstly, learning art allows students to exploit their interests and
cultivate their temperament. I would never know that I’m good at making
sculptures if my school didn’t open sculpture class. What’s more, learning
history is of great significance to sharpen students’ analytical skill and
critical thinking. Only by drawing experience from history can we move forward
without making same mistakes.　　9、Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is
never too late for an old person to receive higher education and to get a
university degree. Use specific reasons to support your answer.　　Answer: I personally agree with this idea because first of all, every
person has own right to receive higher education, regardless of age, gender or
anything else. I mean, an old person didn't get higher education earlier may
bec it’s never too late for them to chase what they like.
Plus it’s their right to choose what they want to do provided that their health
condition allows them to do so. What’s more, to get higher education is rather a
good way to enrich elder people’s lives. I mean, to listen to a lecture and to
do an assignment are definitely good to exercise the elders’ mind.　　10、 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Students
should always wear uniforms in school.　　Answer: Ok, I totally agree that students should always wear uniforms in
school. I believe it’s quite significant as wearing uniforms allows students to
look more confident, spirited and most importantly, allow them to pay their
attention on study other than thinking about what to wear every day. Besides, I
think uniforms are an identity that represents the culture and image of a
school, so they are there to remind students that whatever they do represents
the school rather than themselves. In this way students can watch their
