问题分析：免疫是机体的生理性保护机制,防预感染是其功能之一.免疫球蛋白G是参与免疫反应的免疫球蛋白之一.足月新生儿从母体内可以得到较多的免疫球蛋白G,但是早产儿较低,但是新生儿出生后自身合成的比较慢,因此血中的免疫球蛋白G会逐渐下降,3个月时就降到最低点,然后渐渐增多,2岁内上升的速度较慢,8-10岁才达到成人水平,因此,2岁内容易感染,抵抗力就差.常感冒发烧就是这个道理,可以静脉注射丙种球蛋白（IVIG),增强抵抗力.等年长以后会慢慢好起来.意见建议：但是如果存在较复杂的免疫缺陷病,感染通常会很重,那么就比较麻烦了,最好注意孩子的生长发育情况,不要出现“营养不良-免疫功能低下-感染-加剧营养不良”的恶性循环

&&&&Samples of gastric juice from 75 patients with gastric cancer, 21 with chronic atrophic gastritis, 29 with gastric ulcer, 65 with chronic superficial gastritis and from 30 normal individuals were assayed for contents of IgA, IgG, mucosaprotein (MP), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), and isoenzymes. Similar analyses were made in pieces of gastric cancer tissues and the mucosae 2 and 6 cm apart from cancer- margin as well as gastric mucosa of 10 fetuses.
