帕萨特1.8T汽车变速箱故障检修广告
故障现象：一辆2003款上海大众帕萨特B51.8T轿车，搭载德国ZF公司生产的01V型(5HP-19FL)手/自一体5速电控自动变速器，行驶里程为12万km。此前该车的变速器曾经在其他修理厂维修过，这次来维修的故障是无倒挡、前进挡冲击、无爬行及变速器内部异响。
故障检修：该厂维修人员在接车后进行了检修，但维修进行到一定程度后难以继续。笔者接车后，向维修人员询问了他们的维修经过。维修人员是这样陈述的：首先连接故障诊断仪变速器电控系统进行了检测，只发现了1个P0730的故障码。当检查其变速器油面高度时，发现至少缺2L左右的ATF，补充ATF再次试车，故障现象丝毫没有改变。由于该厂维修新款自动变速器故障的经验不是很丰富，因此只能做简单的拆检。拆下变速器的油底壳，发现ATF呈黑色并污染，但没有发现太多的磨损颗粒，这样又拆下变速器的液压控制阀体进行分解清洗，在清洗过程中也没有发现各个滑阀有磨损和卡滞现象。装复后试车，结果倒挡仍无爬行过程，只有加油门至2000r/min左右才能行驶，同时前进挡冷车有爬行而热车没有爬行，这样也没有进行路试。
在这种情况下，我们介入该车故障的维修。经路试，故障现象基本与修理厂所反应的故障现象相吻合。于是我们首先连接故障诊断仪，检查了变速器的电控系统，在其故障存储器里读出P0730的故障代码，该故障码的含义为变速器传动比信息错误。变速器控制单元通过接收输入轴转速传感器G182和输出轴转速传感器G195来计算各挡传动比，出现这种故障码一般是控制单元、传感器、线路及变速器内部机械元件打滑的问题。通过读取变速器的动态数据和观察变速器的实际故障现象后，我们把故障点锁定在了机械和液压方面，故决定拆解变速器。
在分解变速器总成后，发现变速器内部多组摩擦片烧损，变速器机械元件的组成如图1所示。其中负责倒挡的主动元件B组离合器，负责2、3、5挡制动元件的C组制动器，负责1-4挡(低挡和直接挡)的主动元件A组离合器以及负责4、5挡的主动元件E组离合器烧损较为严重，烧损最为严重的是B组离合器和A组离合器。通过仔细检查，可以判定B组离合器烧损的原因是该组离合器摩擦片磨损间隙过大，迫使离合器活塞运动行程加大，当离合器建立工作压力时活塞因运动行程超出极限，出现泄漏后倒挡功能失效。而前进挡无爬行的主要原因是A组离合器活塞密封圈轻微损坏泄压所致。由此，可以确定变速器电控系统存储P0730故障码的原因就是变速器打滑。

曲轴 和 水泵，曲轴脏啊，感觉是2手的吧，太 J 8坑人了，B5.8T 能用吗？？？？
这汽修厂 的 曲轴 怎么看怎么像2手的 还不翻新。。。（下面图是 路边修车店铺的货，不是我原车的）
曲轴位置传感器 线上 写的是06A 906 433C 估计是型号吧。。&&433C 是啥意思？我搜了下，有别的字母的，不知道区别
水泵是 ruville 的，这型号 能行吗。水泵报价给我230左右。。曲轴报价150.。狗血了。。
水泵盒子写的是65412 货号吧
