大半个月前脚扭了+被人一铲子打中了脚腕，一开始有点疼痛和肿胀，过了一段时间之后就没什么问题了，但是发现好像走路时间长了点或者运动之后又会有疼痛的感觉:
想得到的帮助：
右脚腕（伤处）用手摸明显感觉得到多了一块骨头的感觉（和左边相比）今天去医院检查拍了片，好像是碎了一小块，医生说让我回家自己静养。。。。想咨询一下它自己长靠谱吗，和为什么摸上去右脚腕会多出一团硬的

骨折了的骨头，难道不就是这个看上的一小块碎骨头吗，多出来的明显比较大，严重的话因为平时走路没有问题，只是不能长时间的用到脚腕所以感觉还好，就是想知道那个感觉多了的一块到底什么情况，具体要说的话就是左边脚腕部分摸上去只有一个凸起，右边有两个，还有医生让我静养，这个治疗方法结合我的骨折情况有什么需要注意的吗
