一楼说的不够确切，应该是near这个介词后面接了个宾语从句，从而一起构成了状语，所以near后的句子都是状语成分。on 表示在接近Bridge Street 的时候左转to 表示左转后的方向是Fifth Avenue at 表示在红绿灯的地方左转，into 表示转后进入了Shengli Road...
