&铅黄铜的切削性与含铅量成正比,但当含铅量超过3%时,不再显著改善黄铜的切削性,且降低黄铜的强度、硬度和伸长率,因此,切削用黄铜的最高含铅量在3%左右.&中国常用牌号铅黄铜的工艺性能和用途为:(1)HPb63-3.又称易切削黄铜,有较高的强度和良好的冷加工性能,具有极好的切削性能.许多国家将它的切削加工性定为100%,作为铜合金切削加工性的相对标准.HPb63-3主要用于制造钟表和其他机械式仪表的高精度零件,如机芯、齿轮、小轴、轴承等.HPb63-3为α单相黄铜,热加工性较差,在热态下仅能热挤,因而生产板、带材时效率较低,80年代以来逐步为HPb60-2所代替.(2)HPb60-2.切削性虽稍逊于HPb63-3,但可以热态加工,铅粒分布均匀,铣齿性好,且长期使用不翘曲,稳定性好,消除应力后硬度和强度比HPb63-3高,综合性能优于HPb63-3.主要压力加工成板、带材,用于制造钟表及机械式仪表的机芯件和高精度零件.(3)HPb63-0.1.能热挤,有较好的切削性能,常压力加工成厚壁管材,用于橡胶机械工业制作轮胎套件的充气气门嘴.(4)HPb59-1.是中等含铅量的(α+β)两相黄铜,适于热、冷压力加工,合金在550~650℃温度区问具有超塑性.HPb59-1具有较高的强度,优良的切削性能,是最经济、最常用的铅黄铜,用于制造热压和切削加工的耐磨、耐蚀零件,如螺钉、螺帽、阀门、插座、接线柱、齿轮、轴承保持器等.(5)HPb61-1.有良好的切削性,适于热、冷压力加工,其性能与Hpb59—1类似,用于制作自行车条帽以及高强、高切削性零件.
