一部经典力作。小说以第一次世界大战为背景，描写美国青年弗雷德里克?亨利从自愿参战
到告别战场的全过程以及凯瑟琳?巴克莱与弗雷德里克?亨利之间凄美的爱情悲剧。 海明威是一位具有浓郁悲剧意识的作家，其早期创作多是侧重表现西方现代世界的残暴 以及个体的绝望。海明威通过对作品中人物生死问题的探讨来揭示人的本质及其不可避免的
悲剧性。 外因通过内因起作用。文学作品中的人物悲剧与其说是社会悲剧，不如说是性格悲剧。
在探索和理解人性方面，心理学和文学担负着共同的任务，而精神分析心理学的发展又为文
学与心理学的结合提供了一个更好的契机。 奥地利精神分析学家西格蒙德?弗洛伊德在长期实践的基础上，于1923年修正自己早
年的动机理论并提出了人格结构三分论，即本我、自我和超我。随后，在这一新的人格模式 的基础上，弗洛伊德丰富和发展了心理学的本能理论。 精神分析在深入解剖人的深层动机的过程中，将理性之光投射到人心深处的黑暗王国，
充分暴露出人类内心深处生与死，爱与恨，善与恶等悲剧性冲突。将生命本能和死亡本能等
心理学概念引入到对文学作品的研究后，我们可以从爱恨与生死的相互冲突中，看到人物在 自然和现实的背景上，对生存与死亡的追求与反抗，从而在最深层次上理解人物的悲剧性命

新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)是由围产期窒息引起的，其中，重度HIE为新生儿死亡及儿童致残的重要原因之一。近年来，随着对新生儿HIE发病机制研究的不断深入，其治疗研究亦在不断发展与进步，并为新生儿HIE的治疗带来了新的希望。现就本病的治疗进展予以综述。Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in neonates is caused b severe HIE is one of the important reasons which can result in death during the newborn period and permanent neuropsychological handicaps. In recent years, with the deepening of the pathogenesis research on neonatal HIE, the treatment research is also in constant development and progress, and brings new opportunity for the treatment of neonatal HIE. Now, we will review the progress in treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
