——追记因公殉职的中建五局土木公司党委副书记陈超英
&&& “2009年5月底，我以实习生的身份第一次踏入中建大厦。那天，陈阿姨对我说——你才刚毕业，应该到基层多锻炼锻炼，很多事情只有真正尝试了才知道值不值。我会在这里等你……”
　　“去年春节前，陈阿姨到冰天雪地的大连慰问我们一线施工人员。零下十几度呀，我们年轻小伙子都受不了，可她都五十几岁了还来到现场，我们有什么资格叫苦？也因为陈阿姨，工地上有了家的温暖……”
　　“陈阿姨不仅记得我们新员工的名字，还记得全公司每个年轻人的履历。哪个该谈对象了，哪个该买房了，她都一一记在心上。她的手机里存有上千个电话号码，每个年轻人的生日都会接到她的祝福，每个年轻人有心事都会想到找陈阿姨。”
　　这位被中国建筑第五工程局的年轻人们口口声声唤作“陈阿姨”的人，叫陈超英。在今年6月13日慰问职工家属的返程途中，她遭遇车祸，不幸因公殉职，年仅53岁。生前，她是中建五局土木公司的党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席。时隔近半年，当这群年轻人提起这位他们眼里的“知心大姐”，依旧强忍泪水——
　　1997年从湖南大学土木工程系毕业的孙锴永远不会忘记日，一个天空下着小雪的周六，他第一次见到陈超英。
　　那天，陈超英到工地上慰问一线员工。早听说陈超英把员工当亲人，没有半点儿领导架子。犹豫半晌，孙锴鼓足勇气对她说：“陈书记，您看我结婚快五年了，小孩儿都3岁多了，一家人还住在工地上……”陈超英先是低着头认真听，听完以后猛然抬起头，眉头一皱：“你怎么不早说呀？”
　　几天后，中建五局家属区的物业公司通知孙锴看房。就这样，那年8月，孙锴终于住进了一套22平方米的过渡房。拿到钥匙的当天，陈超英微笑着鼓励他说：“现在房子小点，你要继续努力，好好干，以后买个大房子！”
　　整整6年间，在这间条件简陋的过渡房里，孙锴从一名施工员成长为项目经理，2008年，他们一家搬进了属于自己的120平方米的大房子。
　　“陈姐是我学习的标杆。”项目经理徐毅夫说，他的一些同事因为待遇低而跳槽，但自己从未想过出走，“因为公司的氛围好，而且在陈姐和公司的关怀下，我也在迅速成长。”
　　翻开陈超英的工作笔记，她曾写下过这样一段话：“这些孩子很多是211重点本科毕业的大学生，他们凭什么跑到山沟里来吃苦受累？人家父母把孩子交给我们放心吗？”徐毅夫说，陈超英有时候就像母亲，常常提醒年轻人如何规划自己的工作和人生，耳提面命，语重心长：“就是担心我们年轻，怕我们走弯路。”
　　“超英精神，我永远学不完。”这是孙锴和徐毅夫们共同的心声。超英大姐走了，而新一代的陈超英，正在成长。（邱玥）
