保护当事人切身权益，商务合同的译者必须确保准确真实地再现原文意思及原文
文体风格，因此高质量的合同翻译愈加重要及必需。由于商务合同的功能及其应
用环境的特殊性，商务合同英语，有别于其它英语，在词汇和句法方面都具有鲜
明的文体特征。在翻译此类商务合同时，既要做到忠实于原文内容，又要做到忠
实于原文的文体风格，译者就必须运用特殊的翻译原则为指导，达到高质量的翻
本文第二章首先介绍合同概念，分类及内容结构, 第三章对文体，文体学加
以概述，并对商务合同英语的文体加以界定。借助大量英文商务合同范例，作者
对合同英语文体特征进行具体、详尽的分析和阐述。第四章论述英文商务合同的
翻译。本章首先概述何为翻译并探究翻译与文体的密切关系，然后该文介绍各名
家针对各种应用文体提出的特殊翻译标准，最后本章结合对售货合同的文体特征
分析，应用英国翻译理论家波斯盖特提出的后瞻式翻译理论作为指导，作者确定
