　　什么是EDISU?
　　EDISU是 Ente Regionale per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario 的简称。
　　EDISU 提供下列补贴项目：
　　1)住房补贴：提供为期一年期的免费宿舍;如果没有足够床位则给予 1600 欧左右的现金补贴
　　2)助学金补贴：总共约 4300欧的现金补贴，分两期发放，第一期 12 月底圣诞节时发，约2200 欧，第二期是在次年的6月-8月发，约2100欧，但必须提供已通过足够学分的证明。
　　3)食堂饭卡：在食堂用餐的费用根据家庭收入及 ISEE的参数有所不同，分为全餐/半餐费用2.5欧/1.7欧，或全餐/半餐费用约7欧/5 欧饭卡只取决于家庭收入，一般都能申请到，其他两项需要看自己的学习状况。
　　补助有效期：前两项有效期是一年，第二次申请在次年 7月1日开始，如果你拿到了35个学分，可以直接续前一年的补助。否则需要重新申请。饭卡办好后一直有效。
　　需要材料：需要的是证明你年收入的材料，包括：
　　* 公证：家庭成员证明(并翻译成意大利语)(即亲子关系证明)
　　* 公证：家庭收入证明(并翻译成意大利语)(即父母双方的年收入证明)
　　* 公证：家庭财产证明(并翻译成意大利语)(只需房产证明)
　　*上述三个公证的双认证 即外交部认证和意大利使馆认证
　　PS: 如果你准备时间实在紧迫，不足以在国内办完双认证，可以先在国内做好公证，到意大利之后去使馆办理外交部认证。加急50-100 欧每份，当天就好;不加急20欧一份，需要一周。这样做完单认证的文件不一定能用：EDISU 官方文件说明只承认外交部和领事馆双认证的公证件，虽然有不少同学用单认证搞定 EDISU 的先例，不过还是建议大家提前在国内弄好，尤其是申请住房和助学金的同学。
