职位描述：
RequirementRole PurposeThe Analyst, Business Information Services works as part of the Investment Banking team in the Securities JV to provide research and information services to the banking staff using appropriate electronic, print and other resources. He/she also assists in research planning, information management, training and orientation, and capture of research experiencePrincipal responsibilities- To provide value-added research and information support to the Investment Banking/ team in the Securities JV on companies, industries, and emerging business topics- Work directly with bankers on bespoke projects for clients. Solicits feedback from internal clients on performed research- Participate in the BIS marketing efforts- To assist the manager in various administrative task including keeping databases subscription record, orientation and training, complying training and reference materials, vendor liaison, project invoicing, maintaining physical library and other ad hoc projects- Liaise between internal business units to facilitate access to and sharing of resources and knowledge. Identify and develop new methods of improving the flow of information across the various regions.Requirements- University graduates, preferably with major in Library/Information Management, Business or Finance related disciplines.- Possess 1 or 2 yearsˇ experience in providing information to a demanding user group. Fresh graduate with strong interest in research work and suitable calibre will also be considered- Good command of English and Chinese, with Chinese inputting skill- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Confident and able to work on own initiative and in a team, positive attitude- Attention to details and strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure- Knowledge and working experience on the following databases is an advantage: Bloomberg, CEIC, Chinainfobank, Dealogic, Factiva, Factset, ISI Securities, Mergermarket, Onesource, Perfect Information, Thomson One, Thomson SDC, Wind, etc-Selected candidate must pass the Securities Practitioner Examinations organized by the Securities Association of China(SAC) and receive the certificates, which are mandatory requirements in the China securities industry.
