Is there a view from there?这里的景色怎么样？一般人都喜欢住采光好、视野佳的房子。像这些要求在英文里要怎么表达呢？询问视野时可以简单地说，&Is there a view from there?& 或是 &Does it have a view?& 这个 view 就代表了「视野、展望」的意思。至于采光的话我们就可以用 natural light (自然光) 或是 sunlight (阳光) 这两个字。例如你可以问房东， &Does the apartment get much natural light?& 或是 &Does the room receive much sunlight?& 意思都是问说「这个房间采光好不好？」7. Is it furnished?带家具吗？在国外租房子前还有一个必须问清楚的就是这个出租房是空屋还是带家具的(furniture)，有些公寓是带家具的（furnished apartment），所以当你搬进去的时候只要带一些简单的行李就行啦！8.
