健康度假——逃离压力新方式
日中国国家英文日报《CHINADAILY》发表了对待着网的专访，负责人祝雪霏面对媒体，解答了很多朋友第一次看到待着，心里想的同一个问题：待着网究竟是做什么的？

The pressure of daily life is sending more Chinese overseas for a wide
variety of treatments,especially wellness care at overseas resort-style facilities.
Thailand's Chiva-Som resort, the Mulia Resort & Villa in Bali, the Fusion
Maia Resort in Vietnam and Japan's Hoshino Resorts are among those popular
destinations.
城市生活的压力让更多的中国人选择到国外享受假期，健康度假成为备受追捧的逃离压力新方式。泰国奇瓦颂、巴厘岛穆丽雅、越南福西安玛雅、日本虹夕诺雅度假村等就位列其中。
There's no exam,no surgery - and no shopping. These medical guests check in
and spend about one week enjoying healthy food, spas and treatments that offer
an escape from hectic urban life.
没有例行体检、医疗手术，当然也不会排长队去购物，“养生”和“度假”字眼放在一起，意思就是在一个安静的地方待上一周时间，吃健康美食，享受SPA和精心配搭的疗愈项目，让略显麻木的忙碌生活焕然一新。
"Daizhe" means 'just staying in one place' in Chinese. We don't encourage
people to shop or sightsee," said Zhu Xuefei, chief operating officer at

“These resorts aren't famous. They're smaller facilities in quiet places,"

“We are not focusing on sales, or asking people to buy products from us. We
are doing the similar things done , a popular site for travel tips,"
“我们关注的不是销售出多少待着的产品，甚至不以此为导向。而是重构一种健康的生活方式。这在国外的类似网站也是能看到的。”
The health travel trend began in the United States and Europe. But in China,
people arejust becoming familiar with niche resorts around the world.
待着式的健康度假，最早兴起于美国和欧洲。但在国内，人们还只是对世界各地一般意义上的景区和度假村更熟悉。
Jang Yang, a 36-year-old freelancer, said he saw few other Chinese guests at
the resort, (the Fusion Maia Resort in Vietnam) which was filled with customers
from Europe or the United States. The managers of the resort were from France or
Japan, and all of the service staff were hired locally.
江洋先生，
36岁，自由职业者，是待着网第一批荣誉体验官。关于体验的越南福西安玛雅度假村，他告诉记者那里鲜少看到来自中国的来客，而是大多来自美国和欧洲。度假村的管理层也是法国人或日本人，服务人员则为越南当地人。
Zhu said the team is focusing on promoting health tourism among Chinese
consumers.
祝雪霏对记者说，待着网是要向国人推广健康的度假方式。
Life is tough,that's for sure. But one day, or a few, spent indulging in spa
treatments,simply lounging by a pool and eating organic food, is becoming a
prime strategy to recharge.
生活不易是肯定的，但在美好静谧之地做个SPA，在海边或泳池犯个懒，吃有机美食的健康度假方式，越来越成为都市人逃离压力的新选择。
灵魂与肉体时常分离，带着双眼，带着跳动的心，去世界每一个角落。
