Globalization　全球化
Globalization is the free movement of capital, goods, services and labour around the world, by big commercial companies, which have massive control of the world's economy, transcending the boundaries of state and country. This transcendence across countries results in the shrinking of the economy and results on it depending on larger companies with a controlling interest in most of the capital within it. This global control of capital comes through the transference of operations from &superpower& economies, to third world countries. This transference takes place for purely economic gains, with companies seeking to take advantage of lower wages and a large unskilled labor force. A very good example of this is the footwear industry, in which footwear giants such as Reebok and Nike, regularly shift their manufacturing base to countries with lower wage scales.
In its essence globalisation involves three interconnecting elements. These are: the transformations of global, economic activity the rehashing of politics to give rise to a new &global politics& and the emergence of a set global culture or &global village& as a result of mass communication.

It is important to realize that these initiatives need to filter down through all elements of the society in China. For instance, cutting edge technologies and int the development of e-co an education system that encourages innov increase hig more efficient use of natural resources.　　It is important for us to realize these reforms are both essential and necessary. These will help China to fulfill its vast and unrealized potential on the world stage. China is faced with some enormous challenges as it enters the 21st century. In order to ensure the prosperity of our nation and its future generations we must confront and ultimately solve these challenges.

My Hometown&Inner Mongolia我的家乡&&内蒙古
Good morning ladies and gentlemen, today, I would like to introduce my beloved hometown&Inner Mongolia to all of you. It has been 57 years since the birth of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on May 1st, 1947. Dominated by the Mongolian nationality, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is located on the northern frontier of China. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region occupies an area of 1.18 million square kilometers and has a population of about 20 million people who represent a score of different nationalities. Every time when people talk about Inner Mongolia, they&ll come down to the vast grassland. Yes, the Inner Mongolian prairie area makes up a quarter of the total grassland area of the country. On the boundless expanse of the Inner Mongolian prairie are living numerous sheep, Cattle and horses, on which our Mongolian have lived for generations. That is why the grassland is eulogized as &cradle of life&. There are two vast grasslands in my hometown&Hulun Buir Grasslands and Xilin Gol Grasslands which are both world-famous regions. People in Inner Mongolia are famous for their bravery, enthusiasm and hospitality. No mater where you are from, as long as you come to a herdsman&s house, you will be warmly entertained with roasted whole lamb and milk tea, and what&s more, you can also appreciate beautiful Mongolian songs and elegant dances. It is not exaggerating to say Mongolians are born singers and dancers. The moment you set your feet on the grassland areas you will discover it is indeed a real land of songs and dances.
Today&s Inner Mongolia still maintains her ethnic characteristics and at the dame time, she tries to keep pace with the development of the modern world. Ordus is a worldwide well-known brand, Yili and Mengniu are both the famous dairy industries, which have greatly improved the living standard of our Mongolian people. And I&m sure, our Mongolian people will make great effort to contribute to our hometown. As a college student, I know quite clearly that my mission is to master solid knowledge and one day do good to my beloved hometown.

Good afternoon!
Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. But will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? Will we be able to better the lives of others? Will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country?
The cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. But the cynics are wrong. The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.
The cynics say we care for nothi and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities.
