长时间站久，不仅脊柱及下肢关节压力增大，而且血液回流过慢，都会引起疼痛不适，所以久站时尽量不要穿高跟鞋，最好还是以平底鞋或减震比较好的鞋子为主，经常转换一下站立的姿势，空闲的时候多做一些压腿拉伸的动作，睡觉时垫高小腿促进血液回流，少吃酸辣 啤酒这些湿气太重的食物。如果疼痛明显的最好尽快去医院检查。
