安徽省太和县教育局为了减轻高中生的学习压力，今年出台了新规：禁止高中周日在校补课。这看似一件好事的结果却造成太和中学与太和一中大部分班的班主任周末私自开班，并收取学生的辅导费。以太和一中高一26班为例，班主任岳剑在朴人商厦回民公墓附近开班，聘请本班的老师上课，以“自愿”为原则，招收本班学生近40人（全班60余人），每人收取费用300元/学期，每周周末上课。我想说：首先当地教育局初衷是好，但是方法无能，不仅没有减轻学生的负担，反而在另一方面加重学生的教育开支负担，实在令人气愤。我想这个事实教育局的领导不会不知道的，其领导管理职能严重倒退且对学生极其不负责任。另外，在学校方面，多数班主任不在教育质量上多想方法，反而搞起了收费办班的小灶，可耻，职业操守掉了一地。最后可怜了学生，辅导班一般都在老师的家里，空间很小人很多，教学条件差，每周都要换个环境去看书，很多学生上课很难做到专心。另外班主任办班，并且大多数的学生都报名缴费上课，这在无形中给未缴费上课的学生以压力。希望领导明鉴，能处理好这件事，要是您忙没时间处理的话，我只能诉诸新闻媒体了。我也是家乡考出的一名大学生，本着对学生负责的态度给您写的这封信，烦展阅。（人民网地方领导留言板）
